The 'Mad Men' star plays a real life sports agent in this Disney baseball drama.
Mad Men's Jon Hamm is back on big screens this May in Disney's inspiring sports drama Million Dollar Arm, and ET has the inside look.
Based on a true story, Jon Hamm stars as struggling sports agent JB Bernstein who decides to find the next baseball phenom by flying to Mumbai, India and scouting Indian cricket players. He discovers two young talents, Rinku Singh (Suraj Sharma) and Dinesh Patel (Madhur Mittal), by organizing a television competition called Million Dollar Arm.
The film serves as a biopic for Rinku and Dinesh, who hold the MLB distinction of being the first Indian nationals to sign with a major American baseball team, the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Bill Paxton, Lake Bell (from the indie comedy In A World), and The Daily Show's Aasif Mandvi star alongside Hamm.
Million Dollar Arm is sit to hit theaters May 16, 2014.
