First Look At Powerful 'Mandela' Movie
It's only the first trailer and already actor Idris Elba is getting rave reviews for his portrayal of South African politician Nelson Mandela.
Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, not set to hit theaters until Nov. 29, 2013, chronicles Nelson Mandela's life journey from his childhood in a rural village through to his inauguration as the first democratically elected president of South Africa.
Title cards flash across the screen as descriptors of Mandela that read: "Public Enemy No. 1," "Hunted By Police," "Feared By The Government," "Liberator" and "Revolutionary."
