Jon Cryer Flying High on New Disney Film 'Planes'

At this weekend's D23 Expo in Anaheim, CA, fans came out in droves to see what's new in the Disney universe and ET got to catch up with Jon Cryer who came to help promote his new animated film, Planes.

Though this isn't Cryer's first film rodeo, this does mark the first time he's starring in a DisneyToon Studios animated feature, something that certainly piqued his interest being a lifelong Disney enthusiast.

"To be a part of a Disney movie is a blast because every person has that connection with Disney movies that they had as a kid," Cryer claimed. "To be a part of that is pretty amazing."

Aside from having loads of fun and not having to worry about appearances while filming, Cryer was more excited for the fact that he's getting to fulfill a childhood dream of his.

"Being a part of a Disney movie is something I have always wanted to do," Cryer gushed. "When this opportunity presented itself, I just jumped on board."
