Michelle Williams may be off the market.

According to multiple outlets, Williams is dating New York financial consultant Andrew Youmans. Williams, 37, has also recently been wearing a heart-shaped diamond ring on her left hand, including at the Golden Globes on Sunday, and at the All the Money in the World premiere in December.

E! News reports that the pair is "serious" and has been for some time.

"Michelle has been with Andy for longer than people think," the outlet quotes a source. "They are very serious and were right away."

Most recently, in pictures published by the Daily Mail, the notoriously private star and Youmans enjoyed a romantic vacation in the Bahamas on the beach in Harbour Island on New Year's Day.

ET has reached out to Williams' rep for comment.

Williams has previously dated director Spike Jonze and actor Jason Segel. She is also a mother to her 12-year-old daughter, Matilda, whom she shared with the late Heath Ledger.  Last January, Williams candidly talked to WSJ. Magazine about not looking for a romantic partner and why she hadn't ever married.

"It's hard to romanticize romance when you're 36," she said at the time. "When you've been a parent for 11 years and you've done it alone, you don't have romantic ideals, because you have a practical understanding that you can do it by yourself. The romantic idea of meeting your person and having a storybook family life that looks like the model you grew up with -- that doesn't really exist for me."

"I've not gotten married because I have not had a person to whom I would -- so I have not let my sense of conformity or duty override my instincts," she added.

Interestingly enough, Williams has been in the headlines this week due to a report that she earned much less than her All the Money in the World co-star, Mark Wahlberg, for reshoots of the film, after they replaced Kevin Spacey with Christopher Plummer following multiple sexual harassment allegations against Spacey. At the Golden Globes on Sunday, Williams told ET she was ready to raise her daughter in a Time's Up world.
