Michael Strahan's daughter, Isabella Strahan, is finally cancer-free!

Isabella has documented her battle with medulloblastoma, a malignant brain tumor, since being diagnosed last year. After undergoing several rounds of treatment, the 19-year-old USC student revealed on Thursday in a YouTube vlog titled, "Goodbye Hospital," that her fight with cancer is over.

"Great scans, everything was clear. Cancer-free," Isabella said after reviewing her MRI scans at the Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center in Durham, North Carolina. "Everything is great. I don’t have another doctor’s appointment until October."

Although the news is wonderful, it was a bittersweet goodbye for Isabella.

"I miss my doctors already and everyone who has helped me because they're all so nice," she said. "Like I feel like I'm just saddened today knowing that I wasn't going to be going back for a while 'cause I love them so much."

The announcement comes one month after her final chemotherapy treatment for her brain tumor. At the time, Isabella posted footage of when she got to ring the bell following her final treatment. Michael also celebrated the happy moment

On Wednesday, Isabella shared another major milestone in her health journey. She excitedly got her chemotherapy port removed.

In her vlog titled, "Road to Recovery," documenting the procedure, Isabella shared a peek at her close relationship with the hospital workers.

"I'm really excited," Isabella gushed after speaking to her surgeon and anesthesiologist.

A tiara-wearing Isabella was then rolled on a gurney toward her operation room. Lining the hallway were hospital staff members cheering her on, with some even shaking pom-poms, waving batons and blowing bubbles.

"Starting July off right," Isabella captioned an Instagram post two weeks ago. We couldn't agree more!

Although her next hospital vlog won't come until October, Isabella said she might vlog her move back into college.
