Meagan Good Credits Boyfriend Jonathan Majors for Her Fit Physique (Exclusive)

Meagan Good spoke to ET on Monday at the New York premiere of her new film, 'Divorce in the Black.'

Meagan Good is looking and feeling great -- and she's thanking her boyfriend, Jonathan Majors, for keeping her motivated and active.

The 42-year-old actress flaunted her impressively fit physique at the New York City premiere of her new film, Tyler Perry's Divorce in the Black, on Monday, where she spoke with ET about her flawless figure.

When asked to share the secret to her remarkable abs, Good replied, "Mr. Majors! He works out very, very hard."

"That's the added benefit of someone who is consistent," she added with a smile. "It has changed my life and my physique."

Majors, 34, was on hand to support Good at the event, and the pair posed for photos together on the carpet outside Regal Times Square theater in Manhattan. Good and Majors also shared some PDA at the event, kissing in front of the cameras ahead of the big premiere.

When asked if Majors has seen the new movie yet, Good said, "Oh yeah, we've seen it. We saw the screener. It's so crazy because the first scene is insane, [and] he was like, 'It's very good!' He's like, 'You're doing your damn thing!'"

In Divorce in the Black, Good stars as Ava, a young professional woman whose husband, Dallas (Cory Hardrict), abandons her. Ava is prepared to fight for her marriage until she begins to unravel Dallas' past and present misdeeds and nefarious manipulations.

Good and Majors were first romantically linked in May 2023, two months after Majors was arrested for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.

In December, he was found guilty of one count of assault and one count of harassment after a weeks-long domestic violence trial with his ex. He was also acquitted on one count of intentional assault in the third degree and one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree.

During his trial, Good stood by Majors and was visibly upset after the verdict was read in December, an eyewitness told ET at the time.

In January, Majors gave his first interview post-guilty verdict with Good Morning America and praised Good for standing by him during his trial and in the aftermath.

"She's an angel. She's held me down like... a Coretta," he said, referencing Coretta Scott King, the wife of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. "I'm so blessed to have her. You know, the relationship is still fresh, but, you know, I think I found her."

Good and Majors made their red carpet debut in March 2024, attending the African-American Film Critics Association (AAFCA) Special Achievement Awards Luncheon hand-in-hand in Los Angeles.

Majors was sentenced in April, and the judge in the case declared that "jail is not necessary" -- instead sentencing Majors to one year of domestic violence counseling.

Meanwhile, Good was all smiles as she excitedly spoke with ET about her new film, while praising director Tyler Perry for his collaborative spirit.

"The wonderful thing about Tyler is not only is he an angel, not only is he a genius, but he makes sure that his talent feels loved, appreciated, seen, valued, all of the things," Good shared. "He allows us to have opportunities that are really, really hard to come by."

Divorce in the Black premieres July 11 on Prime Video.
