Mariah Carey and Katy Perry's latest Twitter exchange is a hit!
Fans freaked out when they noticed that the pop stars were conversing over the app on Thursday, especially when Carey asked her "Lambily" to weigh in.
It all started when Perry shared a rumor she once heard about the "We Belong Together" singer's rider.
"One time I heard a rumor that Mariah Carey used to have puppies backstage at her request to make her feel happy," Perry tweeted. "And this is making my pop star dreams fully come true."
"That was ONE TIME!!" Carey responded, asking fans to "name that movie."
Fans were quick to reply, sharing their favorite Mean Girls gifs, the 2004 film that starred Rachel McAdams, Lindsay Lohan, Lacey Chabert and Amanda Seyfried.
Of course, this isn't the first time Perry has fangirled hard over Carey. Back in July 2015, Perry attended one of the icon's shows at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and even snapped a pic with her backstage.
