Mariah Carey is one proud mama!
The 49-year-old singer's twins, Monroe and Morrocan, turned 8 on Wednesday, and their mother couldn't help but share some baby photos of her son and daughter. "Eight years of bliss ? Happy Birthday #DemKids," Carey captioned a series of photos of her children.
The first two images were taken right after Carey gave birth to the twins in 2011, and they are seen lying on her chest. She also shares several other baby photos of Roc and Roe before posting snaps of them as toddlers along with present-day pics.
Nick Cannon, Carey's ex-husband and the father of the twins, jokingly commented on the sweet post, writing: "Can a brotha at least get some photo credit!!! LOL Thanks for the most amazing gifts ever!!!"
The music icon's boyfriend, Bryan Tanaka, also wrote: "Happy Birthday to the coolest kids I know!!!"
As for the twins' birthday party, it looked more like a red carpet event. Cannon shared photos from the bash and revealed on Instagram: "Roc just DJ’d his own birthday party!! Producing music and djing at 8! The kids got it!"
Additionally, the 38-year-old entertainer posted a family photo from the event, writing: "Illest 8 year old party I’ve ever been to!!!"
