Marc Jacobs is a married man!
On Saturday, the fashion icon tied the knot with Charly "Char" Defrancesco, a model-turned-candlemaker in New York City. Afterward, the pair were joined by dozens of their favorite people for a luxe reception at The Grill, where festivities went on until around 3 a.m., according to an insider.
Among the attendees were Lil Kim, Emily Ratajkowski, Kate Moss and her 16-year-old daughter Lila Grace, Kaia Gerber, Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Winter, Justin Theroux, Christina Ricci, Chloe Sevigny, Rita Ora, Frank Ocean, Bella and Gigi Hadid, and many more.
"The ceremony was private and took place earlier on Saturday. Marc and his husband played video highlights of the ceremony during the reception," the source shared with ET. "It was the wedding of the year for sure. Marc and Char were so happy. They loved that their guests all dressed up so beautifully. Everyone had an amazing time and no one wanted to go home!"
Per Jacobs’ Instagram Story, the reception included an elaborate dance routine and the cutting of the cake, which was a five-tiered marvel that they cut and shared with guests.

Fans will remember that Jacobs chose a truly unforgettable way to pop the question to Defrancesco in the spring of 2018. When arriving at a Chipotle in NYC, the restaurant erupted into a flashmob to Prince’s hit track "Kiss." Afterward, the fashion designer got down one knee as onlookers cheered -- and Defrancesco said, "Yes!"
