Marc Anthony is safe after a scary incident at his Dominican Republic home.

The 55-year-old singer's rep tells ET that neither Anthony nor his family were present at his Casa de Campo's home in La Romana, Dominican Republic, when there was a fire at the property.

"All the personnel that works at the home are safe," Anthony's rep notes. "The fire started on the left side of the property in the area of the bungalows are located. The main house did not suffer any damage and the fire department has everything under control and started an investigation."

News of the fire broke on Thursday when Latin American news outlet El Gordo y La Flaca obtained video of the flames.

The fire comes two months after Anthony and his 25-year-old wife, Nadia Ferreira, celebrated their son's first birthday. In honor of the occasion, the couple, who tied the knot in January 2023, revealed their son's name to be Marco.

They'd previously kept the moniker private, and only shared a pic of the tot's face a few months prior.

Anthony is dad to six other children. He shares Ariana, 30, and Chase, 28, with Debbie Rosado; Cristian, 23, and Ryan, 20, with Dayanara Torres; 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with Jennifer Lopez.

In an October 2023 interview with Haute Living, Anthony revealed what he wants his kids to learn from him.

"The biggest lesson I want to teach my kids is that there's no shame in working hard. My kids look up to me, and we spend a lot of time doing Q&As. They ask, 'What was it like then?' And they know it was hard, man," he said. "When they hear the specific stories about my hard work, perseverance, all that good stuff, they're like, 'What?' I'm like, 'Yeah. That’s how it was. It was like the wild, wild West in this industry when I started.'"
