Chelsea compared herself to Megan Fox in the pods before her fiancé made his decision.

Will the real Megan Fox please stand up? Love Is Blind season 6 premiered last week, featuring the first six episodes of the new season and a whole new cast of singles. One such single was Chelsea Blackwell, a flight attendant and event planner from Charlotte, North Carolina, who fell for two men in the pods — Jimmy Presnell and Trevor Sova.
Chelsea has been getting lots of online attention thanks to one comparison she made in the pods between herself and Megan Fox. During a pod date with Jimmy, she said that she sometimes gets compared to the famed actress and fiancée of Machine Gun Kelly, noting that she doesn't see it. Viewers criticized the comments for focusing on the physical, going against the purpose of the experiment.
Cut to the couple getting engaged and Jimmy seeing his fiancée in person, claiming she "definitely lied" about her appearance to him.
"She definitely lied to me on how she looked. Chelsea told me she looks like Megan Fox," Jimmy said. "But, you know, at the end of the day it doesn't matter. I'm very attracted to her. I can work with that."
Chelsea has been handling the public criticism in stride since the show premiered on Valentine's Day.
"Just out here being humbled by the internet 💀 #loveisblindnetflix #loveisblindseason6 #lib #meganfox," Chelsea captioned a funny video of herself mouthing, "Nothing makes me scared. Do you see my hands? Do they look like they shaking to you? No," as her hand shakes while applying lip gloss.
She also posted a funny video on TikTok noting, "This would be a great time for the people who have ever told me that I resembled her to come forward. Please. I'm begging you."
Chelsea also replied to a commenter on fellow contestant Jessica Vestal's page, writing, "I wasn't trying to be manipulative by any means. You have to understand, we are on these dates for 4+ hours at a time. I wasn't the only one having silly conversations such as this. Do I regret it, absolutely. But in no way was I trying to persuade any decision. I am not a vicious person and I won't be made out to be."
As for Jessica, Jimmy's other pick, she is nothing but supportive of Chelsea.
"I was heartbroken for myself, but I was also over-the-moon excited for Chelsea, knowing that she was going to be getting engaged and potentially married," Jess explained to ET in a recent interview. "But I was surprised. There wasn't an alternative reality in my mind. I thought Jimmy and I were going to leave there together."
As for Jessica's thoughts on Chelsea's looks, the fellow reality star commented on the same post, writing, "Chels' beauty goes far beyond what our eyes can see. We stan her over on this side 👑."
The fate of Jimmy and Chelsea's romance remains unknown. The couple got engaged on the show, but their relationship was plagued with insecurities and struggles from the jump.
In the episodes that have been released from the series, Jimmy and Chelsea travel with the other remaining couples to the Dominican Republic where they end on a tense note after Jimmy comments about fellow contestant AD's body.
New episodes of Love Is Blind will be released on Wednesday, Feb. 21 on Netflix.
