2019 was a year of lewks!
The past 12 months have graced us with some of the most fun, fierce fashions we saw all decade, and some of the biggest celebs in the game are who we can thank for that honor.
Whether it was Lady Gaga both continuing to push stylistic boundaries (hello, Met Gala!) while still playing up her Old Hollywood side while she was in A Star Is Born mode, Kacey Musgraves mixing cowboy chic with girly realness, Zendaya proving she's our go-to style star, or Cardi B bringing the drama to the GRAMMYs, this was a year where the red carpet made our hearts race.
Speaking of the Met Gala, the annual who's who event of the fashion world did not disappoint this year, especially when you had rulebreakers like the aforementioned Mother Monster, Billy Porter and sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner strut their stuff up the Metropolitan Museum of Art's steps.
But let's be honest, 2019 was truly the year of J.Lo. Jennifer Lopez wore one incredbile look after another, with her peacock-esque Vanity Fair Oscar party dress, disco ball dream of an Oscars dress and fiery orange Ralph Lauren Collection two-piece at the 2019 CFDA Fashion Awards topping her already impressive list of looks.
