The two will star alongside each other in the upcoming Freeform sequel.
Looks like Lindsay Lohan has a new TV movie in the works!
According to her Life-Size co-star, Tyra Banks, the 31-year-old actress will star in Freeform's upcoming sequel, Life-Size 2, and fans can only hope that means she'll be reprising her role as Casey Stuart.
Banks is a guest on Steve this week, and in a sneak peek clip from her episode, which airs Wednesday, host Steve Harvey asks her point blank if Lohan would be starring in the sequel following nearly a year of speculation.
"Lindsay Lohan will... be in Life-Size 2, yes!" said Banks, who is executive producing the project and previously confirmed she'll be returning to play the beloved role of Eve, a doll that comes to life. "Yes, I really, really want her to. We’re talking about it right now and she has got to come back!"
Banks also said in an interview with Buzzfeed earlier this month that Lohan regularly "slides into those DMs."
"Mhmm, I be seeing you girl," Banks joked. "I slid into hers first, to be honest. 'Cause I was like, 'Yo, I'm producing Life-Size 2, are you down?' And she was like, 'I'm down to the down.' Like, she's so down!"
"We're working on the script now and I'm telling the writer I don't want her to just have a cameo," she added. "I feel like she was just as important to Life-Size 1 as I was, so I want her to have a role, at least three or four scenes. I think she would play herself grown up -- like, Casey in Life-Size, [just] grown up."
The original Life-Size movie debuted on Freeform's sister network, the Disney Channel, in 2000. ET spoke with Lohan last December, when Banks had just pitched to her the idea of doing a sequel.
