The 'Gossip Girl' star and 'The O.C.' actor were a handsome couple on the red carpet.
Adam Brody and Leighton Meester made Saturday's 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards a date night. The Gossip Girl star and The O.C. actor posed on the red carpet together ahead of the ceremony.
Meester, 37, wore a simple brown gown and Manolo Blahnik shoes, while her 44-year-old husband looked dashing in a dark suit.
The couple recently celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary on Feb. 15. In August 2015, they welcomed their first child, a daughter named Arlo, and in April 2020, their second child, a son, was born.
In a December 2023 interview with Brody for Interview magazine, Meester shared how motherhood has changed her acting career.
"It's inevitable that it’s changed it, and we've had these conversations endlessly. I wouldn't change anything and I'm proud of the mom I am," Meester explained to the Fleishman Is in Trouble star. "But I also feel like I'm open to a lot of self-doubt and worry, and to more extreme hypervigilance and neurosis."
"So all I can do is take it a day at a time," she continued. "But when I'm with my kids, our kids, I feel like all I can do is be present. Then when I'm working, I miss them like crazy. It's hard not to feel as a mom that you're not doing enough and I think that's always going to be reinforced by our society."
