The 33-year-old reality star also gave an update on her nephew Saint West's health.
Khloe Kardashian is doing what's best for her baby, no matter what certain fans might think.
ET's Keltie Knight sat down with the Revenge Body host on Thursday, where she opened up about staying healthy while expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson -- and what she has to say to the haters criticizing her workouts.
"It's bizarre to me that people don't want me to be happy and stay healthy and fit," Kardashian shared. "My doctor wants me to work out everyday if I could, so I'm doing doctor's orders and I feel good."
"Whatever you do before you're pregnant, you're allowed to continue, and they say it leads for a better delivery," she added. "I feel great, and I would feel horrible if I was just sitting around, overeating all day... I don't have swollen feet, I don't have a lot of these things because I'm staying so active right now. So, as long as I can, I want to keep that up."
Kardashian also has a lot on her plate, as season two of Revenge Body returns to E! on Sunday.
"From season one to season two... we change the format a little bit, and also I now have celebrity guests that want to come on and join the show, which is cool," she explained. "There's way more pressure for season two, I will say, but it's exciting."
"I never thought of my body as revenge, I just did something for myself, but everyone else was like, 'You have this revenge body.' So I played with it," she said. "I was like, OK, cool let's run with that.' And now, I think the hardest thing is maintaining."
"I think its important to show people you can turn your life around. You can go through hell and high water, and you can still come out and have a beautiful positive happy life," she shared.
The 33-year-old reality star has been keeping in touch with fans since confirming her pregnancy last month, but her family has understandably known about her baby on the way for the past several months -- and hasn't been keeping their opinions to themselves.
"[I got] a lot [of advice from my sisters]. Too much," Kardashian confessed. "I've gotten to the point... I'm like, 'OK, shut the f**k up and take your own advice.' Like, I love Kourtney, but... I'm going to figure it all out, I promise you. We're all going to learn. So some advice is great, but it's also not what you say, it's how you say it."
And while the blonde beauty admitted "there's nothing like that revenge bod," she's feeling pretty sexy at this point in her pregnancy.
"The first few months is not sexy, because it's like, you're just a little chubby. No one will know you're pregnant, they're just like, 'Oh, you should get back in the gym.' And you just feel the worst. So I think now that I'm showing more I feel sexy," said Kardashian, who is six months along.
"Gosh, just having a family [is the most unexpected gift]," she gushed.
As for her how her sister, Kim Kardashian's, son Saint West is doing since he was hospitalized for pneumonia last month, Kardashian insisted that "he's doing great now."
"He just had pneumonia and was in and out of the hospital, so it's good...He's healthy and good now," she expressed, sharing that she's ready for late nights of her own once she welcomes her bundle of joy.
Revenge Body returns Sunday, Jan. 7, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on E!. See more on Kardashian's pregnancy in the video below.
