Khloe Kardashian is missing her family after being in Cleveland, Ohio, since giving birth to daughter True.
In a post on Monday on Kardashian's app, the 33-year-old reality star confirmed the meaning behind True's unique name, and why she's anxious to get back to her hometown of Los Angeles.
"My grandma MJ suggested True," Kardashian shared. "She told me it was my great-grandfather's first name and my grandfather's middle name. It stuck with me for my entire pregnancy and was the only one I couldn't get out of my head."
"I can't wait to get back to L.A .so True can finally meet MJ in person!" she added.
Previously, Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, Instagrammed the significance of True's name shortly after Kardashian gave birth. "FUN FACT... my Grandfather’s name on my Dad’s side was True Otis Houghton....my Dad’s name was Robert True Houghton...so I am so excited Khloe named her daughter True!!! #lovebug #familytradition #family," Jenner wrote.
Kardashian also got real about her post-labor food craving on her app on Monday, and admitted it wasn't the healthiest.
"I love how I said the first thing I was going to have after labor was a smoothie and what I actually ate was a McDonald's hash brown, LOL!" she shared. "What can I say, True and I worked up an appetite!"
Earlier this month, a source told ET that Kardashian is definitely excited to work on her "revenge body" after giving birth to True.
“She’s taking things slow and being gentle on herself and she has realistic expectations," the source noted. “She ate very healthy during her pregnancy and she’s continuing to be mindful of her nutrition and food intake now. She’s going about it all in a very healthy way.”
Kardashian celebrated her very first Mother's Day as a mom on Sunday after adorably sharing True's face for the first time on social media, and showed off her impressive gifts including epic floral arrangements that both read "MOMMY," gold balloons that spell out her nickname, "KOKO," and a pair of mom-themed T-shirts.
