Khloe Kardashian appears to be reflecting on her split from Tristan Thompson.
On Tuesday, the 34-year-old reality star took to her Instagram Stories and shared a quote about breaking up, specifically, one person in the relationship loving the person more than the other. Kardashian and 28-year-old Thompson split up in February, after reports that he cheated on her with close Kardashian-Jenner family friend, 21-year-old Jordyn Woods.
"The saddest thing about our story is that we could have made it work," the quote reads. "If you cared about me like I cared about you, you would have fought for me. But you didn't. So its clear, i was right every time that i told you that i loved you more. You always denied it and said you loved me more, but i guess now we know."
She later posted an inspirational quote from Nelson Mandela.
"I never lose," the quote reads. "I either win or learn."
Yet another message she posted on her Instagram Stories appeared to be aimed at her supporters.
"I want to say thank you to the rare few individuals in my life who have listened without judgment, spoken without prejudice, helped me without entitlement, understood without pretension and loved me without conditions," it read.
A source told ET earlier this month that Kardashian and Thompson's relationship is completely done.
"She still feels betrayed by Tristan but she isn't allowing that to affect her happiness any longer," the source said. "Khloe loves with all of her heart and gave Tristan another chance but that relationship is over for good. Khloe is taking time to be single, enjoy her friends and family and focus on her business."
"Khloe is in no rush to start dating seriously, but she is someone who has a lot of love to give and would like someone to enjoy her time with in the future," the source added.
Still, despite the exes' personal feelings toward one another, clearly, they're trying to make it work when it comes to co-parenting. The two recently reunited for their daughter, True's, first birthday party, although the situation appeared to be a bit awkward.
"Khloe always wants True to have her father in her life, so Tristan is invited to be around for the celebration," a source told ET prior to the party. "Khloe will never let her issues with Tristan get in the way of True having a relationship with her dad."
