'I’ve done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy.'
Kate Hudson has nearly lost all the baby weight!
Just over six months after welcoming daughter Rani Rose with boyfriend Danny Fujikawa, Hudson, who will turn 40 on Friday, took to Instagram to reveal that she's "a couple" of pounds away from her goal weight. Wearing pink leggings and a matching sports bra, Hudson is holding her grey T-shirt up in the mirror selfie to show off her toned abs.
"I’ve done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined," she wrote, before praising WW, with whom she has a partnership. "I’ve taken my time, I’ve stayed true to my @ww app which I am so grateful for our relationship and that they included me in their family because it’s an incredible set up. Easy as pie!"
She described her words and pic as "a huge gratitude post," as she continued to gush over both WW and her sportswear company, Fabletics.
"I feel lucky that my other work life (when my entrepreneur hat ? is on) is surrounded by the most inspiring people. To every single person in the @fabletics community and every person in the @ww community, you keep me focused and encouraged. I thank you!" Hudson wrote. "Yes, active lifestyle I find enjoyable and yes, understanding food is a passion of mine but it doesn’t mean that I don’t need the support like everyone else."
"Sharing the little parts of my wellness journey with you makes me feel oh so good. I can only hope that what I put out there can make you feel good and bring encouragement in return," she added. "Love, Kate ? PS I ain’t done yet! ? #NoFilter #AndILoveAFilter ?"
Hudson has been candid about her weight loss journey. From the time she breastfed during yoga to showing off her post-baby body two months after giving birth, fans have been there for it all!
ET's Kevin Frazier recently caught up with Hudson -- who also has two sons from previous relationships -- and she opened up about working to get back in shape after pregnancy.
"It's an ongoing journey," she said. "It's a practice like everything else. Everything we do in life -- whether it be practicing mindfulness, practicing body movement, practicing health, what goes in our mouths -- these are things that you have to be mindful of and be aware of and have knowledge."
"I'm a very disciplined person," she added. "I feel like I live with gratitude ... and I've had a lot of luck, and I've also had to work really hard."
