The singer, who recently launched his own line of Air Jordans, also dropped a couple of flawless three-pointers.
Justin Timberlake may be a part-owner of the Memphis Grizzlies, but he has no problem sinking some “filthy” shots on another team’s turf!
The singer was in Washington, D.C., on Monday for his Man of the Woods tour stop at the Capital One Arena, and stopped by the Washington Wizards' practice facility to show off some of his impressive hoops skills. Timberlake dropped a half-court shot and a few flawless three-pointers in a video shared to social media on the Wizards’ official accounts.
“That’s a nice practice court @jtimberlake,” the team captioned the clip on Twitter, alongside a wide-eyed emoji.
Timberlake has long been a basketball fan, participating in the very first NBA All-Star Celebrity Game back in 2003. He became a minority owner of his hometown Grizzlies in 2012, and just this week, he released his very own collaboration with Nike and Jordan Shoes: the Air Jordan 3 JTH.
Only 5,200 pairs of the limited-edition sneaker were produced, and they’ll be released in select cities throughout Timberlake’s Man of the Woods tour in support of his fifth solo studio album of the same name.
The “Can’t Stop the Feeling” singer kicked things off in Toronto last week, with the support of wife Jessica Biel and the couple’s 2-year-old son, Silas. See more on the adorable family in the video below.
