Johnny Galecki is a dad!
The Big Bang Theory star has welcomed his first child with girlfriend Alaina Meyer, he revealed on Instagram on Wednesday. Meyer gave birth to a boy seven months after announcing her pregnancy.
"With full and grateful hearts we welcome our beautiful son into this incredible world," Galecki wrote alongside a black-and-white shot of him and Meyer holding their newborn son's little hands. The actor didn't share his baby boy's name or when he was born, but expressed his gratitude to his followers for their "love and support."
Fans quickly flocked to the comments to share their congratulations and well wishes to the family.
Galecki and Meyer revealed they were expecting a baby boy in May, just weeks after announcing their pregnancy.
"We are absolutely over the moon to announce that we will soon be welcoming a little one into this crazy and wonderful world," he gushed on Instagram at the time. "We ask that you please respect our privacy during this celebratory time for us and our families. There truly is love out there for all. We hope ours is the ember of yours, as we feel yours is the ember of ours."
