The family was dressed to the nines for the premiere of 'Solo: A Star Wars Story.'
The Cannes Film Festival premiere of Solo: A Star Wars Story was a family affair for the Travoltas!
John Travolta and Kelly Preston brought their two kids, 18-year-old Ella and 7-year-old Benjamin, along on the red carpet on Tuesday.
Preston and Travolta, who are in Cannes to promote their upcoming film, Gotti (the couple play John and Victoria Gotti in the movie) were dressed to the nines on the carpet. Ella wowed in a floor-length black-and-white gown and matching black sweater, while Benjamin sported a crisp, white look with a navy jacket.
Travolta -- who joined Instagram on Tuesday and has been posting from the film festival -- has a packed couple of days in Cannes. He'll be hosting a 40th anniversary screening of Grease on the beach and accepting Variety's inaugural Cinema Icon Award.
In an interview with Good Morning America in 2016, Travolta opened up about how his and Preston's youngest child, Benjamin, helped his family reconnect after their 16-year-old son, Jett, died unexpectedly in 2009. Jett hit his head in a bathtub during a seizure while the family was on vacation in the Bahamas.
“We certainly have bonded together,” Travolta said. “And certainly, having little Ben has been a beautiful kind of glue for us to rebond after tremendous loss.”
The actor also thanked his late son while speaking with ET after winning an Emmy for The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story. See more in the video below.
