Legend took to Instagram on Friday to share his daughter's sweet reaction to hearing his new song, "A Good Night."
The GRAMMY winner adorably dances with his nearly 2-year-old daughter in the video, cruising across the room as Luna intently listens to the track. The soon-to-be big sister, dressed in a cute pink dress, white sandals, and holding a tiger stuffed animal, then pops her head up with a soft, "Dada." "Singing!" she excitedly says a couple seconds later, as her dad laughs with delight.
"Dada’s singing!” #AGoodNight," Legend wrote alongside the video.
ET was with Legend before he debuted "A Good Night" on Thursday, where he opened up about the "good, fun party song."
"It’s about, you think you’re just going out to have fun, and you happen to meet someone who might change your life forever,” he explained. “I’ve had friends that literally, the day they met their wife, they were like, ‘I’m going to marry that woman.’ So, we decided to write a song about it.”
Legend's marriage to Chrissy Teigen couldn't be going any better. The couple are expecting their second child together, a baby boy, in June -- and Legend just can't wait.
"It’s always exciting because you never know what they're going to be like,” he told ET. “You’re just excited that another product of your relationship and your love is going to be out there in front of you.”
“We're just excited to see how we're going to be as parents of two, and how Luna is going to be as a big sister,” he added. “It’s going to be really exciting and fun.”
