The new arrival to the Alba-Warren clan joins big sisters Honor and Haven.
It’s a boy for Jessica Alba!
The actress and businesswoman welcomed a baby boy, Hayes Alba Warren, on New Year's Eve, according to a post she made on Instagram. "Best gift to ring in the New Year!!," Alba wrote alongside a precious photo of her newborn fast asleep. "Cash and I feel so blessed. Haven and Honor are already obsessed with their new baby bro." She hashtagged the photo #familyof5.
Hayes is the first son for Alba and her husband, Cash Warren. Married since 2008, they are already parents to two daughters, 9-year-old Honor and 6-year-old Haven.
On Christmas Day, Alba celebrated their last holiday as a family of four by sharing their holiday card, which featured the clan in matching red onesies. "Feeling so blessed and can’t wait to meet our baby boy," she captioned the pic. "Thankful for our beautiful family that celebrated with us today -our smallest family gathering we’ve had in our 14 years together but it was perfect..."
Alba revealed her pregnancy with baby number three in a cute Instagram post featuring her daughters holding up balloons with the numbers one and two and the 36-year-old holding one with the number three.
The Honest Company founder stuck with the balloon theme when revealing the gender of her new addition. Alongside the Instagram video of Mom and daughters opening a box filled with blue balloons and streamers, she wrote "@cash_warren and I couldn’t be more thrilled to announce... ?? #officiallyoutnumbered #babyboy #cantwaittospoilhim #hugsandkissesforlife #soontobemamaofthree"
While Alba and Warren are #officiallyoutnumbered by their three kids, the whole family was thrilled to welcome their first little boy to the fold. In November, Alba shared that her daughter, Haven, was especially excited to have a baby brother.
"My six year old, she was worried about being a middle child, but she gets to be a big sister and a little sister," she explained during an appearance on The Rachael Ray Show. "So, she’s stoked about that -- and she doesn’t have to compete with another girl."
Alba went on to admit that she was also especially excited for a boy. "For me, the girls love their dad. I wanted someone to love me more," she said with a laugh. "When he comes home, they’re like, 'Daddy!' It’s like a party. When I come home, they’re like, 'Oh, hey Mom.' I’m like, 'I do everything for you! I cook, I do all the things!'"
