The first single and music video from her album, 'This Is Me...Now,' will be released on Wednesday.
Jennifer Lopez's new music has been decades in the making -- and it's a love story she's excited to tell.
The first single, "Can't Get Enough," is set to drop on Wednesday, and the 54-year-old spilled to ET what's to come.
"It comes out Wednesday," Lopez told ET's Kevin Frazier on Sunday at the 81st annual Golden Globes. "It's the first single of a project that has been kind of 22 years in the making. I did This is Me...Then 22 years ago and on the 20th anniversary, I made the album and announced that I would be making the This Is Me...Now album."
She added, "It's a big day for me."
J.Lo, who appeared on the carpet alongside her husband, Ben Affleck, wore a custom blushed gown by Nicole + Felicia Couture. Lopez told ET to look close, because there were some clues about the music and the videos in her jewels.
"The roses and the hummingbird are Easter eggs," she said. "But you'll see that when my new stuff comes out."
Fans will hear -- and see -- the finished This is Me...Now album, and the full film, This Is Me…Now: A Love Story Feb. 16 on Prime Video.
The project, which was written and directed by Dave Meyers, was something major for the Marry Me actress.
"It was a lot," she told ET. "And it was a big undertaking but, you know, when you believe in something and you really have a story to tell, nothing can stop you."
However, the music and the film is a full-circle moment for Lopez, who also had some help from her Oscar-winning husband for the film.
"It was really from my brain and my life," she shared. "It's def about the journey from the This Is Me...Then album to the This Is Me...Now album to what that was like."
In anticipation for the release, Lopez has been teasing parts of the debut single with her fans. On Sunday, Lopez took to Instagram to share a video of her decked out in a wedding dress, dancing with Derek Hough and Trevor Jackson.
"✨4 MORE DAYS ✨ I feel like startin’ somethin’ … #CantGetEnough #ThisIsMeNow," she wrote alongside the clip.
This is Me...Now the album, and the full film, This Is Me…Now: A Love Story will be released Feb. 16 on Prime Video.
