Reese Witherspoon called it the '#1 Best Birthday Message.'
Jennifer Garner is a woman of many talents -- and costumes!
On Thursday, the 13 Going on 30 star celebrated her friend Reese Witherspoon turning 42 by performing Happy Birthday on the saxophone. Garner went all out and even put on a marching band uniform.
"Hey, @reesewitherspoon! I don't know why you're on my mind today.....????❤️❤️❤️ #happybirthdayfriend," she captioned the video on Instagram.
Witherspoon was clearly impressed, responding: "#1 Best Birthday Message."
In addition to Garner, Witherspoon's Big Little Lies co-star, Nicole Kidman, also wished her a happy birthday on Instagram, writing: "My beautiful Reese, you are a friend, a partner, a leader, an inspiration and I love you. And you make me laugh like nobody else. Happy Birthday Xx."
Grateful for all the birthday messages, Witherspoon posted to Instagram: "Cake for breakfast, anyone? Thank you for all the sweet birthday wishes! Feeling so much love today! I’m one lucky gal ???(@draperjames even made me this birthday dress! ?) Thank you thank you!"
Witherspoon is also really good at birthday wishes! For Garner's 45th birthday last April, she shared a candid photo of her friend, writing: "Here's lookin' at you, Jen! Happy Birthday to my gorgeous friend #JenniferGarner who always laughs at my jokes and my bad dance moves! ?? Love you!"
Garner not only kills it on Instagram, she also recently became a meme after her appearance at the Oscars.
"I can’t look at it. I can’t. What am I doing?" she said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show when asked about her concerned face at the awards ceremony. "What is wrong with me? I want to just punch her in the face."
Admitting she had no clue what she was thinking in that moment, Garner added, “I wish I did. I wish I had a better story about it.”
Prior to her Ellen interview, Garner did take to social media to joke about her possible thoughts. Check it out:
