Leave it to Jennifer Garner to turn to be adorably self-depreciating on her own birthday.
The Miracles From Heaven actress turned 46 on Tuesday, and she shared her appreciation for all her friends, family and fans who were wishing her a happy day by turning herself into a meme.
Garner shared that on one's birthday, people generally say things like this classic quote from the 2011 film The Help: "You is kind. You is smart. You is important."
Her response? A photo of herself getting her hair and makeup done, where one eye is partially closed as she pulls a curler out of her long strands.
The mom of three, who shares daughters Violet and Seraphina and son Samuel with ex-husband Ben Affleck, captioned the post, "I'm having the best birthday and so much of it is because of all of you. Thank you for the birthday love! ❤️❤️❤️."
Later in the evening, she also showed off her birthday cake on her Instagram story, a multi-layered confection topped candles reading "45 + 1."
The mother of three also got some birthday wishes from her pal, Reese Witherspoon, who shared a flashback photo of the two of them.
"Proof that I’ve loved ya a long time! Happy Birthday to one of the most sweet and fun gals around, @jennifer.garner ! ???," she captioned the pic."
Garner has been slaying the Instagram game ever since joining the social media app in September. Last month, she posted an epic vid of herself playing the sax in full marching band gear in honor of Witherspoon's birthday, and she hilariously responded to becoming an Oscar meme by sharing what her internal monologue had been during a now infamous reaction during the awards show.
She's also been very busy giving us her "#PretendCookingShow." She gave a sneak peek of the ep on Instagram on Monday and posted the full "pass-it-back" snacks recipe on Facebook.
