Jason Sudeikis' kids stole the show as their father did a TV interview with ESPN.
Jason Sudeikis joined WNBA legends Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi on their show, the Bird & Taurasi Show, to watch the highly anticipated Christmas Day NBA game between the Milwaukee Bucks and the New York Knicks.
However, it was Sudeikis and his ex, Olivia Wilde’s, children, 7-year-old Daisy and 9-year-old Otis, who truly stole the spotlight during the special episode.
The trio gathered to watch the exciting matchup, with Sudeikis blending his humor and love for basketball into the interview. As the game unfolded, Sudeikis took a trip down memory lane by watching highlights from his various NBA All-Star Celebrity Game appearances.
He also shared amusing anecdotes about Timberwolves' assistant coach Micah Nori, drawing parallels between Nori and his fictional character, Ted Lasso.
Daisy and Otis, however, became the unexpected stars of the show. The children hilariously hung on their father, trying to contribute their thoughts on the game. When asked about their predictions for the winner between the Milwaukee Bucks and the New York Knicks, Daisy shrugged and said, "I don't know," while Otis confidently picked the New York Knicks as his favored team.
The kids temporarily left the interview but made a triumphant return later, playfully encouraging viewers to "subscribe now" to the Bird & Taurasi Show. Sue Bird couldn't help but express her delight, stating, "They are speaking our language," while Diana Taurasi added a comedic touch, joking that the reason she stepped into the studio was because her own kids would be hanging on her just like Sudeikis' children.
In the end, Otis was right as the Knicks went on to beat the Bucks, 129-122.
