The controversial artist is looking to sell his Malibu beachfront home.

Kanye "Ye" West is looking to sell his incredibly striking (and expensive) Malibu beachfront estate, and he's turning to Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim to facilitate the deal.

According to People, who first reported the news, West first brought the sprawling home  -- which features views of the Pacific Ocean from every room -- two years ago, for $57 million.

However, it appears he's ready to part with the property for slightly less, as the oceanside mansion is now listed for $53 million.

Oppenheim tells ET, "The interior finishes have been removed, and this creates an unbelievably rare opportunity to buy a Picasso on the water with the ability to restore it to your own specific standards, with modern technology and excellence."

The large estate -- designed by acclaimed Japanese architect Tadao Ando -- has 4,000 square feet inside, as well as 1,500 square feet of outdoor areas, in one of the most exclusive and gorgeous areas in the country.

According to Oppenheim, the property's lower asking price reflects the cost of replacing the home's interiors, which West had removed during his short tenure of ownership.

Meanwhile, master architect Ando is likely best known -- at least recently -- for being the creative mind behind the $200 million estate recently purchased by Beyonce and JAY-Z.

The 30,000-square-foot home -- in an area known as Billionaire's Row -- took 15 years to build, is 30,000 square feet of living space and is made almost entirely out of concrete. It also holds the record for the single most expensive home purchase in California history.
