Jana Kramer is getting honest about what she's looking for in her new nanny -- and more importantly, what she's avoiding.

On Monday's episode of her podcast, Whine Down With Jana Kramer, the 35-year-old country singer got candid about looking at potential nannies on Care.com for her two children with husband Mike Caussin -- 3-year-old daughter Jolie and 4-month-old son Jace -- and said she wouldn't hire an attractive nanny. Kramer and Caussin have dealt with a cheating scandal in the past, when they split in 2016 amid reports that the 32-year-old former NFL star had been unfaithful to her. Caussin later entered rehab for sex addiction, and the two ended up reconciling.

"Not that I don't trust my husband… I just think it's not smart," Kramer said about her intentions. "I mean, you look at some of these nannies, and I'm like, 'Well, you kinda asked for it, she’s kinda hot.’ You know what I mean? You’re in close quarters."

Kramer then referenced Ben Affleck and Gavin Rossdale, who have both had cheating scandals about allegedly having affairs with their nannies. Affleck and Rossdale are now divorced from their then-wives, Jennifer Garner and Gwen Stefani, respectively.

"Not saying that Ben Affleck was wrong, but you look at the nanny and I'm like, 'Well, she's really cute,'" Kramer said. "You're playing with fire. I feel like some of these girls -- maybe some of those nannies like Ben Affleck's and Gavin Rossdale's nannies -- they put off more of a sexier vibe."

The former One Tree Hill star also blasted some of the pictures she saw on the Care.com site as not being appropriate.

"I just don't understand some of these girls that post pictures on Care.com, because I'm like, 'Don’t you know the female is hiring?'" she said. "I'm laughing at some of these pictures!"

" ... And I'm not saying post an ugly photo, I'm just saying… you should dress for the part," Kramer added. "So, to the girls out there that are on Care.com, I wouldn't put your Instagram [profile picture]… because I'm like, 'No, I'm not gonna hire you, sorry.'"

Kramer and Caussin have been married since May 2015. After their separation in August 2016 and reconciliation, they renewed their vows in December 2017. Earlier this month, Kramer and Caussin opened up about his sex addiction and past infidelity in an interview with ABC News. Caussin admitted that he had cheated on Kramer more than once.

"I saw a lot of numbers [on his phone] that didn't add up," Kramer recalled about how she discovered his infidelity. "I found out more things and I was about to play a show, which was so hard to have to mask that. But we had talked about 20 minutes before the show and you know, he told me things that completely rocked me. [I was] like, 'This can't be happening. There's no possible way that this is happening. He's my husband and we love each other and we have a daughter and we have a happy life.' It felt like a double life."

Caussin also explained more about his addiction.

"It doesn't come from me wanting to have sex -- it's me feeling a certain way, and from my entire life looking back I just used sex as kind of my escape," he said.

Last July, Kramer emotionally opened up about having multiple miscarriages before getting pregnant with son Jace. Watch the video below for more:
