Take a look at the actress' sweet new pet!
Sure, lots of celebs got prizes at the GRAMMYs over the weekend, but Hilary Duff got something even better — a new fluffy friend!
On Sunday, the actress-singer revealed that her boyfriend, Matthew Koma, gave her an alpaca. His name is Ivan and he’s pretty darn cute.
“Omg my baby Ivan. Welcome to the family!” she captioned a photo of herself meeting the furry critter, who was a little damp, thanks to the recent stormy weather in Southern California. “Ivan will stay on the alpaca farm with his friends until we are ready to be farm people! We get to visit when ever we like! I’m the luckiest girl. Ok. @matthewkoma serious swoon.”
She also shared a fun side by side of her new pal alongside a GRAMMY, writing, “Soooooo many GRAMMYS ……….. only ONE Ivan.”
In late January, the Younger star revealed her love of the South American animals with a touching post featuring a baby alpaca.
“New fact about me..... I’m dying for an alpaca .... I know already... you have to get two,” she captioned the post. “@matthewkoma will leave me so right now it’s a no go.”
Looks like her fella wasn’t so opposed to the idea after all. Also, it’s a safe bet that Ivan is going to get a friend of his own soon!
Besides alpacas, most of the 31-year-old actress’ Instagram posts tend to be of her and Koma's 3-month-old daughter, Banks, and her 6-year-old son, Luca, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie. She spoke with ET at Amazon Prime Video’s Golden Globes after-party in January, where she admitted that she’s totally embraced the domestic life.
"I don't leave the house anymore these days, I don't know what to say," she joked. "We feel good, we're like, 'Oh my goodness, it's past our bedtime. We're out and we're raging, what is this?'"
