Their watch has ended, but there's plenty more to see from your favorite citizens of Westeros.

The Game of Thrones cast's watch has ended -- but that doesn't mean you have to stop seeing them on your screens!

Many of the talented performers from HBO's fantasy hit are shedding their armor and leaving winter behind as they move on to their next creative endeavors -- with projects lined up for 2019 and beyond. From Sophie Turner harnessing her powers in the new X-Men saga, Dark Phoenix, to Emilia Clarke's rom-com turn opposite Crazy Rich Asians hunk Henry Golding (who will hopefully treat her better than Jon Snow), there's plenty to come from all your favorite former citizens of Westeros.

While we didn't include all of Game of Thrones' former stars, whose characters perished in earlier seasons and have already moved on to new projects -- like Rose Leslie, Richard Madden, Natalie Dormer and more -- here's a look at what's on the horizon from the actors who made it to the final season:

EMILIA CLARKE

HBO/Universal Pictures

The Mother of Dragons met her untimely death in the Game of Thrones series finale, but things are set to be much happier for Clarke in her next upcoming film role. The actress stars opposite Crazy Rich Asians hunk Henry Golding in the Paul Feig-directed London rom-com Last Christmas, out Nov. 8.

KIT HARINGTON

HBO/Universal Pictures

Harington certainly got his fill of dragons in 2019, as Jon Snow learned his true parentage included the Targaryen line and the actor returned to voice Eret in How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World. Following Game of Thronesfinal episodes, it seems the actor will finally have some time off to enjoy married life with his wife and former GoT co-star, Rose Leslie.

SOPHIE TURNER

HBO/20th Century Fox

The Queen in the North is headed from Winterfell back to the X-Mansion this summer, as Turner is set to reprise her role as Jean Grey in Dark Phoenix. The sequel to X-Men: Apocalypse sees the actress taking a leading role as Jean, who is hit by a solar flare while on a mission, which unleashes the powerful Phoenix, causing her to lose control of her telepathic and telekinetic abilities. Dark Phoenix arrives in theaters on June 7.

MAISIE WILLIAMS

HBO/20th Century Fox

Like her on-screen sister, Williams has also joined the X-Men franchise, starring as Rahne Sinclair/Wolfsbane in the upcoming film, The New Mutants, which is set to be released in the U.S. on April 3, 2020. The actress also currently voices hacker Cammie McCloud on the Rooster Teeth web series Gen:Lock, and recently launched her own social media platform, Daisie, designed to bring artists together in creative collaboration.

ISAAC HEMPSTEAD WRIGHT

Bran Stark ended up as King of Westeros in Game of Thrones' series finale, but even Hempstead Wright, who started on the HBO series when he was just 10 years old, admitted that he didn't see that coming! Next up, the actor has said that he plans to return to school to finish his studies in neuroscience while continuing his acting career. He's attached to two upcoming projects: set to star alongside Anthony Mackie and Elodie Yung in the heist drama The Blue Mauritius, and with Colin Farrell and Tye Sheridan in the sci-fi thriller Voyagers.

PETER DINKLAGE

HBO/Sony Pictures

After eight seasons as Tyrion Lannister, the fan favorite has several voice roles lined up now that the world of Westeros is finally behind him. Dinklage will reprise his role as Mighty Eagle in The Angry Birds Movie 2, out Aug. 14, and will join The Croods cast as Phil Betterman in the Dreamworks sequel, due out Dec. 23, 2020.

LENA HEADEY

HBO/Megatopia Films

Headey spent nearly a decade as one of Game of Thrones' most compelling villains, Cersei Lannister, but is leaving the corsets and dragons behind for her next few roles. The actress starred as a down-and-dirty wrestling matriarch in Fighting With My Family earlier this year, and reteams with fellow Game of Thrones star Iain Glen in the upcoming immigration drama The Flood.

NIKOLAJ COSTER-WALDAU

HBO/Saban Films

Jaime Lannister's redemption arc met a bittersweet end in Game of Thrones' penultimate episode, but don't worry, Coster-Waldau has plenty of upcoming projects where fans can catch a glimpse of the handsome Dane. Up next is the lead role in Brian De Palma's new crime thriller, Domino, out May 31, where the actor stars alongside fellow GoT alum Carice van Houten.

GWENDOLINE CHRISTIE

HBO/Getty Images

Ser Brienne of Tarth had a fairly happy ending, by Game of Thrones standards, but Christie is ready to ditch the armor for an exciting slate of upcoming projects. The actress is set to play Jane Murdstone in Armando Iannucci's The Personal History of David Copperfield, due out in December, and will also star opposite Casey Affleck, Dakota Johnson and Jason Segel in Gabriela Cowperthwaite's The Friend.

NATHALIE EMMANUEL

HBO/Getty Images

We miss Missandei already -- following her brutal death at the hands of Cersei in Game of Thrones' final season -- but fans won't have to wait long to see (and hear) her soon. Emmanuel has already broken through with roles in the Fast & Furious and Maze Runner franchises, but will get a well-deserved starring turn in Mindy Kaling's upcoming miniseries adaptation of Four Weddings and a Funeral for Hulu, which is set to premiere on July 31. She also has a main voice role in the prequel series The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, alongside Taron Egerton and Anya Taylor-Joy, which premieres Aug. 31 on Netflix.

KRISTOFER HIVJU

HBO/Getty

Tormund Giantsbane was a fan favorite from his very first line on Game of Thrones, and the Free Folk leader got his wish at the series' end, heading back North beyond the wall with his buddy, Jon Snow. The Norwegian actor will next be seen in Nat Faxon and Jim Rash's remake of the acclaimed 2014 Swedish film Force Majeure, titled Downhill.

ALFIE ALLEN

HBO/Getty Images

Theon Greyjoy died a hero during the Battle of Winterfell, but Allen's next role is set to be decidedly less valiant. The actor will star as Finkel, the second in command to Sam Rockwell's Nazi leader Captain Klenzendorf, in director Taika Waititi's Jojo Rabbit, due out Oct. 18.

JOE DEMPSIE

HBO/Fox

Gendry was left heartbroken in Game of Thrones' final episodes after Arya rejected his proposal -- but at least he got to be Lord of Storm's End? Catch Dempsie next in the second season of the British espionage thriller series Deep State, which is currently airing on Fox UK.

JACOB ANDERSON

HBO/Getty Images

Grey Worm survived until the end of Game of Thrones' final season and, despite his heartbreak -- losing Missandei to Cersei's cruelty -- still decided to take some of his Unsullied soldiers and sail to his love's homeland of Naath, to protect the peaceful people and finally see the beaches. For a completely different side of Anderson, check out his musical alter ego, Raleigh Ritchie, and tracks like the trippy-hip "Time in a Tree."

IAIN GLEN

HBO/Getty Images

Jorah Mormont met a poetic, yet tragic end as he died defending his Khaleesi during the Battle of Winterfell, but Glen is poised to take on a whole new kind of knight in his next project. The actor will join season two of the DC Universe series Titans as Bruce Wayne/Batman, the former mentor and father figure to Brenton Thwaites' Dick Grayson.

CONLETH HILL

HBO/Getty Images

Varys met his fiery end in Game of Thrones' penultimate episode, but the former Master of Whispers will get to ditch his robes for a suit in a few of Hill's upcoming projects. The actor next stars opposite Keira Knightley, Matt Smith, Matthew Goode in Gavin Hood's political thriller, Official Secrets, which premiered at Sundance and will be released in select theaters on Aug. 23.

LIAM CUNNINGHAM

HBO/National Geographic

After spending seven seasons counseling the would-be kings of Westeros as Ser Davos Seaworth, Cunningham is headed for an even more dangerous gig starring as Dr. Wade Carter in National Geographic's The Hot Zone, which tells "the terrifying true story of the origins of the Ebola virus." The miniseries, based on the book of the same name by Richard Preston, also stars Julianna Margulies, Noah Emmerich and Topher Grace and premieres on May 27.
