One of Meghan's first appearances was at the DPA pre-Emmy Gift Lounge at Beverly Hills' Peninsula Hotel, where she rocked a black romper with beige sandals, a Louis Vuitton handbag and sunglasses tucked into the ensemble's neckline.

Someone loves her rompers! One year later, the California girl was pretty in pink -- and rocking the same purse! --- while picking up goodies at the Some Kind-a Gorgeous Style and Beauty Lounge at Los Angeles' Chateau Marmont.

Peplum was all the rage in 2011, and Markle looked pretty fabulous rocking the trend on her sleeveless LBD at the Anti-Defamation League Entertainment Industry Awards dinner in Beverly Hills.

The Suits star rocked a subtly sexy look -- a navy, lacy mini -- to the USA Network's and The Moth's Storytelling Tour for A More Perfect Union: Stories of Prejudice and Power at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. She paired the three-quarter-sleeved dress with nude pumps and simple silver jewelry.

Sparkle Markle! Meghan let her sequined off-the-shoulder dress do all the talking at USA Network and Mr. Porter.com's A Suits Story event in New York City by pulling her hair back into a sleek ponytail. She accessorized with pointy glitter pumps, an armful of chunky bangles and a gold clutch.

Prince Harry and Meghan sat down for an official interview the same day they publicly announced their engagement in late November. The two looked totally in love when they stepped out for the first time as an engaged couple at the Sunken Gardens at Kensington Palace in London, with the former actress looking regal in a belted white wool coat from Canadian designer Line the Label, which retails for approximately $626. She paired the warm coat with a $682 hunter green P.A.R.O.S.H. sheath dress and $695 Aquazzura Matilde Pump 105 shoes.

Harry and Meghan were all smiles during their first public event as an engaged couple! Just four days after Kensington Palace formally announced the exciting news, the lovebirds stepped out for the Terrence Higgins Trust World AIDS Day charity fair in Nottingham, England. Meghan donned a look that was quite similar to Kate Middleton's repertoire: a double-breasted Elodie coat by Canadian designer Mackage with a tan skirt and black boots. Like the Duchess of Cambridge, Markle's jacket was a recycled piece -- she was first spotted wearing the coat, which retails for $790, in December 2016 at the Toronto airport.

The new mom stepped out for her first royal event since giving birth to her and Prince Harry's first child together, baby Archie, in May. Riding the carriage during the annual Trooping the Colour parade, the new mom glowed ini a navy Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy dress and overcoat. She accessorized the ensemble with a matching Noel Stewart hat, navy clutch and stud earrings.

Just one month later, the Duchess of Sussex's first post-baby red carpet appearance came at the Lion King premiere in London. The 37-year-old royal looked fantastic, sporting a Jason Wu black dress with a semi-sheer top and sleeves. Wearing minimal makeup, Meghan kept her look rather simple, pulling her hair back into a bun and wearing a nude lip. She accessorized with a Gucci black stain clutch and black pumps by Aquazzura. By her side was husband Prince Harry, who looked sharp in a black tuxedo.
Meghan had slowly been venturing out to public events in the days leading up to the movie premiere, making a surprise appearance at Wimbledon to cheer on her good friend, Serena Williams and bringing Archie to the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day at Billingbear Polo Club in Berkshire.
