The 32-year-old world champ took to social media to share the happy news on Aug. 8 as the pair celebrated Devlin’s 33rd birthday. “What a birthday, my future wife!” McGregor captioned a photo of the couple of Instagram. The selfie shows Devlin displaying her giant engagement ring while cuddled up next to McGregor. The only thing bigger than her new bling? McGregor’s enormous smile, which indicated this may have been his favorite birthday gift to Devlin yet! The news came two months after the Irish athlete announced his retirement from the UFC (for the third time), later telling ESPN that the sport no longer excited him. She since remarried TV personality Ant Anstead in January 2019.
Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich
The "Anyone" singer is engaged! Lovato took to Instagram on July 22 to share a slideshow of snapshots depicting the special moment after Ehrich popped the question in Malibu, California. She went on to say that she's never felt "so unconditionally loved by someone, explaining, "You never pressure me to be anything other than myself. And you make me want to be the best version of myself. I’m honored to accept your hand in marriage. I love you more than a caption could express but I’m ecstatic to start a family and life with you. I love you forever my baby. My partner. Here’s to our future!!!" A source told ET that the newly engaged couple are extremely happy and in love, saying, "Obviously the photos show how beautiful the entire proposal was." Just finding the love of my life at this point in my life has been amazing." Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz
The eldest son of Victoria and David Beckham announced on July 11 that he and Peltz are engaged. "Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes xx I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day ❤️ I love you baby xx," Brooklyn wrote on Instagram on July 11 alongside a photo of him and Peltz, who's flashing her new engagement ring. I love you so so much baby and thank you Harper for this pic ?." (Harper is Beckham's youngest sibling.) Poppy initially shared the happy news via Twitter on July 9 by posting three emojis -- a ring, a bride and a party icon. She also alluded to the engagement with an Instagram Story showing a unique ring on her wedding finger the day before. She tagged presumed fiancé Eric Ghoste, aka Ghostemane, in the photo.
Jordan McGraw and Morgan Stewart
The pair announced their engagement via Instagram over Memorial Day weekend. The "Met at a Party" singer shared a photo with his new fiancée and her ring, writing, "Plenty to smile about..." while the former reality star shared a bathing suit-clad pic of herself subtly showing off her new ring. McGraw and Stewart got back together in January after previously dating a decade ago, E! News reported. Their rekindled romance came months after Stewart and her former Rich Kids of Beverly Hills co-star, Brendan Fitzpatrick, filed for divorce following three years of marriage.
Billie Lourd and Austen Rydell
The 27-year-old daughter of the late Carrie Fisher is engaged, with Lourd's fiancé announcing the news via Instagram on June 25. In Rydell's sweet post, the 28-year-old shared pics and videos of him and Lourd kissing, cuddling and traveling together. "???She said YES!! (Actually she said 'Duhhh')," he wrote. "But I guess that’s even better than yes?!? ??????." The duo was first linked back in 2015 and have dated on-and-off since. Lourd previously dated Taylor Lautner for seven months in 2017.
Heather Locklear and Chris Heisser

Locklear and Heisser were high school sweethearts in the '70s. They rekindled their romance in 2017 and have dated on and off since. "This engagement is symbolic of how far they have both come," a source told ET, adding that they want an intimate wedding and aren't in a rush to have the ceremony. "Her family is supportive of their recent engagement. They see how in love they are." Locklear has had a tumultuous few years that have included arrests and court-ordered rehab. The actress was previously married to Tommy Lee from 1986-1993 and Richie Sambora, with whom she shares daughter Ava, from 1994-2007.
Will Forte and Olivia Modling
The Saturday Night Live alum is engaged, Forte's father, "Reb" Forte, revealed during an appearance on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. In the April 8 premiere of the rebooted show, Forte invited his father to be an expert, at which time Reb used the phrase "currently engaged" to explain how the actor may name a future child. A rep for Forte tells ET that they do not comment on their clients' personal lives. According to People, Forte and Modling got engaged over the holidays. They started dating after meeting at a party about two years ago. Forte was previously romantically linked to January Jones, his former co-star on Fox's The Last Man Standing.
Jeannie Mai and Jeezy
The couple got engaged on March 27 at the 42-year-old rapper’s Los Angeles home, Jeannie's rep confirmed to ET. In a statement to People, the 41-year-old The Real co-host's rep revealed that Jeezy was initially going to pop the question during a trip to Vietnam in April but changed his plans when the vacation was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. "What Jeannie didn’t know is that Jay was planning to propose," Jeannie's rep said. "Instead, Jay decided to bring Vietnam to Jeannie with a surprise quarantine date night in his home filled with Vietnamese food and decor." Mai and Jeezy were first linked in January 2019 and a source confirmed their relationship to ET that April. The couple then made things Instagram official in September and have continued to post pics together since.
Ben Higgins and Jessica Clarke
The former Bachelor proposed to Clarke on March 27, ET exclusively confirmed. Higgins had been planning his proposal for months but "everything changed" amid the coronavirus pandemic. The Generous Coffee co-founder was planning to pop the question in New York City, where he and Becca Kufrin were set to stop on their The Bachelor: Live on Stage tour. With the coronavirus outbreak, however, the tour was put on hold -- forcing Higgins to plan a different proposal. Higgins and Clarke had been quarantining together with his parents but drove to Franklin, Tennessee, so they could be with her family for the proposal. "I went back to a pond behind her house, and we had set it up with sunflowers near a bench. It's right in their backyard, but a little hidden. I proposed and her family and mine were watching from a distance, and then we all celebrated together," Higgins revealed to ET during their first interview since getting engaged. Though things didn't work out for Higgins on The Bachelor -- he and Lauren Bushnell split in 2017 -- he didn't give up on finding love. To Higgins, Clarke represents a "new chapter."
Jenna Dewan and Steve Kazee
The Flirty Dancing host took to Instagram on Feb. 18 to reveal her and Kazee's engagement. "A lifetime to love and grow with you...you have my heart ❤️," Dewan captioned a romantic snapshot of herself and her new fiancé. Kazee shared the same heartfelt pic along with some romantic lyrics from the song "Let It Breathe" by the Water Liars. The engagement comes just a few months after the couple first announced that they are expecting their first child together. Dewan -- who shares a 6-year-old daughter, Everly, with her ex-husband, Channing Tatum -- sparked a romance with Kazee in late 2018, and the pair have been effusive about their love and support for one another since.
Nicky Jam and Cydney Moreau
The reggaetonero proposed to his girlfriend, taking to Instagram on Feb. 15 to share a video of the romantic moment. In the clip, the two arrive at an outdoor beachside location when he gets down on one knee and proposes. "The best Valentine's Day of my life. I love you @cydrrose. I hope we’re together until we grow old. I am the happiest man in the world and no one can change that," he wrote in Spanish. Friends and fans quickly took to the comments section to congratulate him, with Maluma writing, "Que felicidad!! Grande Nicky ??❤️." Jam and Moreau met in 2019 on the set of his "Atrévete" music video, in which she played his love interest. The two went Instagram official in December. This will be Jam's second marriage; he previously wed model Angélica Cruz in 2017, but they divorced 18 months after tying the knot.
Anna Faris and Michael Barrett
Technically this would be an engagement of 2019, but on the Feb. 11 episode of the Late Late Show With James Corden, the 43-year-old actress confirmed the rumors that she's engaged to cinematographer Michael Barrett. Her Mom co-star, Allison Janney, had previously confirmed that Faris and Barrett had "been engaged for a long time" when she told Us Weekly at the Troop Zero premiere in Los Angeles on Jan. 13 that she had seen the ring; when ET caught up with Janney later that month, she apologized for spilling the beans about Faris' engagement. Rumors that Faris and Barrett were secretly engaged first started swirling in November 2019, when the actress was seen wearing the aforementioned ring out in public. The two have been together since 2017, shortly after Faris announced she was separating from ex-husband Chris Pratt, whom she shares 7-year-old son Jack with.
Maria Bello and Dominique Crenn
The 52-year-old actress and the 55-year-old French chef revealed their engagement at Elton John's annual Oscar party on Feb. 9. "We’re pretty happy considering that we just got engaged, so this is sort of our fun time out in Hollywood for the first time since we've been engaged," Bello told ET, revealing that they got engaged on Dec. 29, 2019, in Paris. "It was very surprising but meant to be. It's about time. I've finally grown up enough to get married." This is the first marriage for Bello, who shares a son with her ex-boyfriend, screenwriter Dan McDermott.
Sheryl Sandberg and Tom Bernthal
Time to update that relationship status! Sandberg, chief operating officer at Facebook, announced her engagement to Bernthal on Feb. 3. The 50-year-old executive shared the happy news via a Facebook post, reading, “Engaged!!! Tom Bernthal, you are my everything. I could not love you more.” The announcement was accompanied by a cute black-and-white snap of the couple lovingly gazing at each other. Notably, Sandberg did not update the social media platform’s much-talked-about relationship status section, which many users utilize to make announcements about their love lives. According to People, Bernthal popped the question with a ring featuring five diamonds to represent their combined five children after a hike and picnic in New Mexico. Bernthal is a 46-year-old father of three who is the CEO at his consulting agency, Kelton Global. Before founding the company, the Washington, D.C., native worked in the Clinton White House and earned an Emmy award working as a producer at NBC News. Sandberg, a Harvard Business School graduate, was previously married to Dave Goldberg, who died in 2015 from severe head trauma and blood loss after falling off a treadmill while the couple were on vacation in Mexico. They had two children together.
Molly Bernard and Hannah Lieberman
The Younger star took to Instagram on Jan. 14 to announce that she and Lieberman are engaged. Alongside a smiling selfie of the pair with their pup, Bernard, who sported a sparkly new ring, the 31-year-old actress gushed, "We said YES!" Though it's not clear when the pair officially started dating, Lieberman has made plenty of appearances on Bernard's Instagram since early 2018. Back in 2017, Bernard revealed to ET that she doesn't "identify as straight." At the time, Bernard said she predominantly dated men, but added that "it would be perfectly possible and wonderful to have a [relationship with a] woman or trans person."
Calia Quinn and Nick Burrello
The 28-year-old Bachelor alum took to Instagram on Jan. 4 to announce that her beau of more than two years had popped the question. Quinn, who came in third on Ben Higgins' season of The Bachelor in 2016, is grinning in her post-engagement pic as she rests her left hand on her fiance's chest. "Can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend ??✨ #MrsBtoBe," she wrote. The 27-year-old businessman also shared snaps from the happy day, calling Quinn "my best friend, my adventure partner, my rock, my future wife."
Wilmer Valderrama and Amanda Pacheco
Fez would be so proud! The 39-year-old NCIS star kicked off the new year by popping the question to his girlfriend. “'It’s just us now' 01-01-2020," Valderrama captioned a photo of himself proposing to his lady love on rocks overlooking the ocean. Pacheco shared the same pic and also included a close-up pic of her stunning teardrop-shaped diamond ring. The pair first appeared on each other's Instagram accounts back in June and five months later, Valderrama gushed to ET's Rachel Smith about how happy he's been with Pacheco. "I gotta say that I am very happy in my life. In this very moment I feel like, it's so interesting, you work so far for so long and you feel like all of a sudden you're starting over again," the actor gushed to ET. "And in my career, specifically in my personal life, I am very happy where I am at. I think that I have grown up to be the man that I am meant to be. I am the most grounded that I've ever been. I'm the most excited and the most energetic about what's ahead of me. I'm ready for the next chapter." This is the first known engagement for Valderrama. He previously dated Lindsay Lohan and Mandy Moore and had a six-year relationship with Demi Lovato, which ended in 2016.
