Adrienne Bailon Houghton refers to her experience welcoming a son via surrogate as an "absolute miracle," reaffirming her choice to keep the pregnancy a secret until birth. 

Though Adrienne had historically been very open about her struggles to conceive with her husband, Israel Houghton, the stress from her eight IVF attempts and one miscarriage left her feeling extremely vulnerable. When she and Israel learned their hired surrogate was successfully pregnant with what they believed to be the couple's final viable embryo, she decided to go in a different direction. 

In September 2022, the Twilight actress and her husband, Paul Khoury, welcomed their first child.

Surprise! Rebel Wilson shocked fans when she announced the birth of her first child via surrogate in November 2022. The Australian actress, who has been candid about her fertility struggles in the past, shared pic of her newborn daughter, Royce Lillian, to Instagram with the little cutie covering her own face with her hand and rocking some unicorn socks and a pale pink onesie. 

"Beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate 💗" Wilson captioned the shot. "I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she’s a beautiful miracle! I am forever grateful to everyone who has been involved, (you know who you are), this has been years in the making…but particularly wanted to thank my gorgeous surrogate who carried her and birthed her with such grace and care. Thank you for helping me start my own family, it’s an amazing gift. The BEST gift!!"

Sophia Grace Brownlee is giving fans a look at her newborn son! In a video shared to her YouTube channel, the Ellen DeGeneres Show breakout star showed off the newborn before diving into her birth story, which she says "did not" go to plan.

"So, I thought I'd just give you guys a little sneak peek," Brownlee said while cradling her sleeping son. "He has this really cute outfit on right now. It's got some angel wings on the back."

Her son was born on Feb. 26, 2023. 

Gina Rodriguez has officially welcomed someone great: her first child! A rep for the Jane the Virgin star confirmed that she gave birth to her and husband Joe LoCicero's first baby. 

Katie Stevens and her husband, Paul DiGiovanni, have welcomed their first child together! 

The Bold Type actress took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos with her baby girl, Rome, and her songwriter-producer husband. The couple welcomed Rome to the world on Feb. 23, 2023. 

"She's here 2.23.23 - Our sweet Rome, we are so in love with you," Stevens captioned the post. 

One of Kaley Cuoco's most important roles has officially taken flight: motherhood!

The Flight Attendant star took to Instagram and announced her daughter, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, was born. In her post, Cuoco shared several photos, which included the new mom cradling the little one. Her partner, Tom Pelphrey, is also seen holding their baby girl.

"💓 3-30-23 💓 Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives! We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle 💓," she captioned her post. "Thank you to the doctors , nurses , family and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days. We are blessed beyond belief 💗 @tommypelphrey didn’t think I could fall even more in love with you , but I did 💗."

Congratulations are in order for Kelly Mi Li! ET confirmed that the Bling Empire star welcomed a baby girl with her partner, William Ma.

Per the couple's rep, Mi Li gave birth to daughter Mili Ma, making their baby girl not only an Easter baby, but also born quite fittingly in the year of the rabbit.

"Welcome to the world Mili! She's finally here after being fashionably late to her own due date!" Mi Li told People. "William and I are incredibly grateful to have gone through this journey of pregnancy, with the love and support from all of our friends and family, and Dr. Meschter and her staff at Cedars Sinai."

Keke Palmer is officially a mother! The actress announced she gave birth to her first child with her boyfriend, Darius Jackson.

Taking to Instagram, Palmer announced she welcomed a baby boy named Leodis Andrellton Jackson. "Born during Black History Month, with a name to match! LEODIS ANDRELLTON JACKSON, welcome to the world baby Leo," she wrote. 

Baby on board! Kate Chastain has officially given birth to her first child. 

The Below Deck alum shared the news via Instagram, along with a photo of her newborn son. "Hard Launch: Sullivan Cay 💙," she captioned a pic of her and her little one.

The baby's arrival comes after Chastain, who appeared on six seasons of the Bravo show before exiting in 2020, revealed in December 2022 that she was pregnant. As she later told ET, she was not yet at the 12-week mark when she had to attend BravoCon in New York City in October 2022, which made for a tricky trip. 

Hilary Swank is embracing her new role as a mother. The actress revealed on Easter Sunday that she and husband Philip Schneider welcomed their twins -- a boy and a girl.

Swank took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of herself holding her newborn babies and looking out at the sunset on the ocean.

Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson are parents! The pro dancers to Instagram to announce that they've welcomed their first child, a son. 

"Our world is forever changed," Johnson wrote alongside a photo of her newborn son's hand grabbing her thumb. She also noted that her baby was on Jan. 10, 2023. 

Welcome to mom life, Heather Rae! The Selling Sunset star welcomed her first child with husband Tarek El Moussa on Jan. 31, 2023. 

"I am thrilled to confirm that baby boy El Moussa was born on Jan. 31 and both mom and baby are happy and healthy," the rep shared. Heather and Tarek also took to Instagram to share the happy news.

"Our baby boy is here 1.31.23," the pair wrote in a joint Instagram post. "Mama & baby are happy, healthy, tired but doing well. Our hearts are so happy ❤️."

Motherhood is really working for Paris Hilton! The new mom spoke with ET's Rachel Smith about her favorite moments with her new bundle of joy.

Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed their first baby, son Phoenix, in January 2023 via surrogate, and the reality star said being a mom has been filled with some truly majestic, memorable moments. "My favorite moments are when he's just laying on my chest and he's looking into my eyes and my heart just melts and I just feel that this is just the most magical time in my life," she gushed.
