Celebs did not disappoint when they hit the red carpet outside Union Station in Los Angeles on April 25 for the 2021 Oscars. From glamorous gowns to plunging necklines and stunning suits, celebs brought their A-game to the 93rd Annual Academy Awards!

Reese Witherspoon
The Morning Show actress matched the red carpet in a stunning Christian Dior gown and matching red pedicure.
The Oscar winner, who collected her Best Actress trophy in 2006 for her role in Walk the Line, was among the presenters at the 2021 ceremony.
Lakeith Stanfield
The Atlanta star, who was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role for his part in Judas and the Black Messiah, rocked a '70s-inspired style at the 2021 Oscars.
On Instagram he wrote of his custom Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello black jumpsuit: “Pulled up to the Oscars lookin like your uncle but since it’s a dry bar I’m going back home. Good luck to the nominees tho!”
Margot Robbie
The Australian actress, who was one of the producers behind the Best Picture nominee Promising Young Woman, posed on the carpet in a floral Chanel dress. Her beauty look included a chic low ponytail and bangs.
Robbie has previously been nominated twice for her acting chops, earning an Academy Award Best Actress nomination for I, Tonya in 2018 and Best Supporting Actress nomination for Bombshell in 2020.
Tyler Perry
The entertainment mogul stepped out looking dapper on the red carpet.
The filmmaker was presented with The Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award at the 2021 Academy Awards for his humanitarian work and support of social justice causes. "When I set out to help someone, I'm not trying to do anything other than meet somebody at their humanity," Perry said.
Zendaya
The 24-year-old actress turned heads in a gorgeous yellow dress, custom designed by Valentino, on the red carpet at Union Station in Los Angeles. She completed the look with matching yellow heels from Jimmy Choo.
Her instantly iconic look landed her on our list of the best dressed stars at the 2021 Oscars.
Laura Dern
An Oscar presenter this year, the 54-year-old star donned an Oscar de la Renta gown and Pomellato jewelry for the 2021 ceremony. Dern previously nabbed an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress last year for her role in Marriage Story.
Dern reunited with her Big Little Lies co-star Reese Witherspoon ahead of Sunday's event. "I'm so excited my date is finally here, but here she is," Witherspoon said while sharing pre-Oscars prep videos that featured Dern.
Halle Berry
The star's strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown was nearly overshadowed by her dramatically shorter hairdo at the 2021 Oscars. The 54-year-old actress and her musician boyfriend Van Hunt, 51, made their red carpet debut at the event.
Berry earned an Academy Award for Best Actress in 2002 for her work in Monster's Ball.
Vanessa Kirby
The Crown actress opted for a light pink Gucci gown and a diamond Cartier necklace for a style choice that oozed old Hollywood glamour. She topped off the look with a vibrant red lip.
Kirby was nominated for Best Actress for her role in Pieces of a Woman. The film, which also features performances from Shia LaBeouf and Ellen Burstyn, centers around a young mother's home birth which ends in tragedy.
Angela Bassett
The 62-year-old reminded fans why she is red carpet royalty when she turned up at the 2021 Oscars in an Alberta Ferretti gown with dramatic, voluminous sleeves. The Black Panther star pulled presenter duties at the 2021 Academy Awards.
Bassett spoke with ET following the show, calling out one of her favorite moments, watching Glenn Close dance to "Da Butt."
"I got to tell her I love that!" Bassett told ET's Kevin Frazier while reflecting on the hilarious, impromptu performance.
Rita Moreno
The 89-year-old actress was beautiful in burgundy at the star-studded event. She attended the ceremony with her daughter.
Moreno is a celebrated Emmy, GRAMMY, Oscar and Tony award winner, making her one of the few stars to have the title of being an EGOT winner.
Amanda Seyfried
The first-time Academy Award nominee wore a striking hibiscus red strapless tulle dress, customized from the Giorgio Armani Privé spring/summer 2021 collection. She accessorized with Forevermark jewelry and chose a deep red lip to complement the look.
The 35-year-old actress was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for Mank.
H.E.R.
The 23-year-old musician dressed in a custom cobalt blue ensemble by Dundas.
The vibrant look featured lyrics from “Fight for You,” the song she wrote for Judas and the Black Messiah, which earned her a nomination and a win for Best Original Song.
Regina King
The actress and One Night in Miami... director was a show-stopper at the Oscars in her icy sky blue custom Louis Vuitton gown.
King was a presenter during the live telecast, and her directorial debut received three nods: Best Supporting Actor for Leslie Odom Jr., Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Original Song.
Yuh-Jung Youn
The 73-year-old legendary South Korean actress looked lovely in a dark dress as she arrived at the 93rd Academy Awards in Los Angeles.
The star made history as the first Korean to win a Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for her acclaimed performance in Minari. Youn told reporters backstage "it's about time [to share] different stories."
Andra Day
The 36-year-old actress made a statement at the awards ceremony in her custom Vera Wang gold metal mesh cutaway gown. She accessorized the look with over $2 million in Tiffany & Co. diamonds.
Day received a Best Actress nomination for her portrayal of Billie Holiday in The United States vs. Billie Holiday.
Nina Pedrad
The writer-producer was all smiles in her red dress and matching red clutch at the 93rd Academy Awards.
Pedrad was nominated in the Best Adapted Screenplay category for her work on Borat Subsequent Moviefilm. Sacha Baron Cohen's comedic mockumentary also scored a Best Supporting Actress nomination for Maria Bakalova.
Riz Ahmed and Fatima Farheen Mirza
The 38-year-old British actor and his wife, novelist Fatima Farheen Mirza, walked the carpet together ahead of the 93rd Annual Academy Awards on Sunday.
The Sound of Metal star was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role, his first nomination from the Academy. The win went to veteran actor Anthony Hopkins for his role in The Father.
Carey Mulligan
The 35-year-old star sizzled in a sweeping two-piece sequin gold bandeau top and skirt by Valentino at the 2021 Academy Awards.
Mulligan was nominated for a Best Actress award for her work in Promising Young Woman. The film received five Oscar nods and one win, for Best Original Screenplay.
Jon Batiste
The musician hit the red carpet wearing Dior Men at the 2021 ceremony. Batiste also serves as the bandleader and musical director for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
Batiste became the second Black composer to win the Oscar for Best Original Score, thanks to his work on Soul. He shared the award with fellow composers Trent Reznor and Atticus Finch, of Nine Inch Nails fame.
Viola Davis
All eyes were on Davis as she posed for cameras in her white Alexander McQueen gown.
The Best Actress nominee earned her Oscar nod for her portrayal of blues singer Ma Rainey in Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, an adaptation of the August Wilson play. Though she left without a trophy, the film received two Oscars on Sunday for Best Makeup and Hairstyling as well as Best Costume Design.
Trent Reznor
The musician kept it classic in a black tuxedo when arriving at the red carpet at Union Station in Los Angeles.
Reznor, Atticus Ross, and Jon Batiste won the Oscar for Best Original Score for their work on the animated Pixar film Soul. Reznor and Ross have previously won the award in 2011 for The Social Network.
Chloe Zhao and Joshua James Richards
The 39-year-old Nomadland director and her boyfriend, the film’s cinematographer, made a red carpet appearance together ahead of the Oscars.
Nomadland had a big night at the Academy Awards, earning six nominations and three wins, including the prize for Best Picture and a Best Director win for Zhao. The Chinese filmmaker is the first woman of color and the second woman ever to win the award for Best Director.
Celeste
The British singer-songwriter wore a black Gucci frock and carried a heart clutch to the Oscars.
She was nominated for Best Original Song for “Hear My Voice” from the film The Trial of the Chicago 7. The Netflix film received five Oscar nods but was shut out from taking home any golden statues.
Daniel Kaluuya
The Get Out actor wore a Bottega Venetta suit and a Cartier necklace to this year's awards show.
Kaluuya took home the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor at Sunday's Academy Awards for his performance in Judas and the Black Messiah. His powerful acceptance speech also had a bit of a viral moment, when Kaluuyah mentioned his parent's sex life.
Glenn Close
The ever-elegant actress opted for a sophisticated royal blue beaded, long-sleeve dress with silk gloves and matching trousers all by Armani Privé at the 2021 Oscars. Close got attention during the ceremony for her hilarious dance performance to "Da Butt."
Close was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Hillbilly Elegy. It was her eighth nomination without a win.
Jena Friedman
The comedian walked the red carpet at Union Station in Los Angeles in a white gown with a bold lip.
Friedman earned a nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay for her contributions to Borat Subsequent Moviefilm. The Borat sequel from Sacha Baron Cohen was released in October 2020 on Prime Video.
Nicolette Robinson
The actress looked beautiful in a classic black off-the-shoulder gown that featured a thigh-high slit and strappy heels.
Robinson’s husband, One Night in Miami... actor Leslie Odom Jr., was nominated for Best Actor in a Supporting Role and Best Original Song. The duo welcomed their second child, Able Phineas, to their family earlier this spring.
Marlee Matlin
The Academy Awards presenter wore a black and silver gown to the 2021 event.
Matlin won the Academy Award for Best Actress for Children of a Lesser God (1986). She is the only deaf actress to win an Academy Award and the youngest woman to ever win in the Best Actress category. She was 21 at the time.
Leslie Odom Jr.
The actor, a nominee in the Best Actor in a Supporting Role and Best Original Song categories, rocked a shining gold ensemble for the Oscars. He was also on hand to deliver a moving performance of "Speak Now" ahead of the Oscars broadcast.
Odom Jr. took on the role of Sam Cooke in the nominated film One Night in Miami... The film was directed by Regina King and also featured performances by Kingsley Ben-Adir, Eli Goree and Aldis Hodge.
Steven Yeun
The Walking Dead alum looked sleek in a black tuxedo for the star-studded affair in Los Angeles.
Yeun received a Best Actor nomination for his role in Minari. The film received six Oscar nods and earned a historic win for Yuh-Jung Youn in the Best Supporting Actress category.
Questlove
Questlove rocked one accessory at the Oscars that stood out from the rest, gold Crocs.
The GRAMMY winner served as the musical director at this year's Academy Awards ceremony. Questlove (real name: Ahmir Khalib Thompson) is a member of the Academy and has performed at the Oscars in the past.
Diane Warren
Warren shined on the red carpet in a crisp white ensemble. Viola Davis, Tiara Thomas, Maria Bakalova and Jena Friedman also hopped on the white fashion trend on this year's red carpet.
The 64-year-old songwriter has received 12 Oscar nominations in the Best Original Song category and lost out again at the 2021 ceremony.
Emerald Fennell
The writer and director of Promising Young Woman looked fantastic in florals at the 2021 Academy Awards in Los Angeles. The revenge film stars Carey Mulligan, who received a Best Actress nomination for her work.
Fennell earned the top prize for Best Original Screenplay, making her the first woman to win a screenwriting Oscar since Diablo Cody won for Juno in 2008.
The 35-year-old Fennell managed to get "Zack Morris" trending on Twitter after mentioning him in her acceptance speech.
Paul Raci
The Sound of Metal actor wore a black suit and matching nail polish to the 2021 Oscars.
Raci was nominated in the Best Supporting Actor category for his powerful performance in the film. Sound of Metal received six Oscar nominations and won two, earning wins in the Best Film Editing and Best Sound categories.
Tiara Thomas
The singer wowed in a white Jovana Louis number on the Oscars red carpet.
Thomas, H.E.R. and Dernst Emile II won the Best Original Song Academy Award for “Fight for You” from Judas and the Black Messiah. The biographical drama stars Daniel Kaluuya and Lakeith Stanfield and earned six Oscar nominations and two wins.
Colman Domingo
The Ma Rainey's Black Bottom star made some of the biggest fashion headlines of the night, thanks to his bright pink Atelier Versace suit.
According to his Instagram, the look featured 4,500 precious Swarovski crystals and sequins and required 150 hours of embroidery work.
