Stefani took a moment to share her love and appreciation for Shelton on Father's Day, with a slideshow of photos showing how good the country crooner is with her three sons. "Happy father's day to the most generous patient loving funny guy i know - we love u so much," she wrote in 2021.

In April 2021, Gwen brought attention to her AMC Awards duet with Shelton in a cute post celebrating their performance together at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville.

Shelton rang in the new year with his lady love, and shared his hopes for the coming months, writing, "2021.. please... for the love of God be good to us! Happy New Year y’all!"

The 43-year-old country star performed at The Forum in Inglewood, California, as part of his Friends and Heroes Tour in March 2020, where an eyewitness told ET he and Stefani looked more in love than ever. Stefani, who attended the show with her sons -- 13-year-old Kingston, 11-year-old Zuma and 6-year-old Apollo -- also got up on stage to sing "Nobody But You" with her boyfriend of four years, surprising the audience about an hour into Shelton's set. For the show, the blonde beauty donned a denim-and-diamond fringe look, which she paired with thigh-high sparkly boots. Her custom Daniel Diamond jacket even had "Blake" embroidered on the back. 

Rocking emoji leggings, cut-off shorts, white cowboy boots and a checkerboard-adorned sweatshirt, Stefani held hands with her dapperly dressed beau as they walked backstage at the 2020 GRAMMY Awards.

The couple couldn't stop beaming after their GRAMMY duet, where they performed their song, "Nobody But You."

Is there anything more romantic than matching onesies? While celebrating Christmas 2018 with their families, the duo stayed super cozy in reindeer PJs.

After releasing their holiday duet, “You Make It Feel Like Christmas,” in 2017, the singers brought back the love anthem for a joint music video for 2018. Stefani shared a few images from the vid on Instagram, including this sweet scene of the two cuddling up on a couch in a festively decorated living room.

The country music singer took to the stage with his The Voice colleague, Carson Daly, at the 2018 People's Choice Awards, where the two accepted the award for Choice Competition Show, and Shelton couldn't help but show some major love for his significant other. When Daly noted Stefani -- a fellow member of The Voice family -- was in the audience, the Oklahoma native affectionately referred to her as, "My all-time favorite coach on The Voice," adding "I love her!" The awards show romantics didn't stop there, as the couple also shared a sweet kiss for all in attendance to see.

While dressed up as a sailor and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas for Stefani's niece, Stella's, pre-Halloween costume party, the couple didn’t hesitate to flaunt some PDA for the camera.

The two looked more in love than ever while vacationing with Stefani's sons in Shelton's home state of Oklahoma in late July 2018, which included a boat trip out on Lake Texoma.

Shelton and Stefani enjoyed a date night at the 53rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. While the pair skipped the red carpet, they couldn't have looked cuter sitting side-by-side in the auditorium. During the show, the country crooner took the stage for a performance of his single "I Lived It," as his lady love stared up at him and adorably sang along to the romantic tune, which Shelton appeared to be singing directly down toward her. As his number came to a close, she jumped to her feet to give him a standing ovation.

In March 2018, Shelton had a concert in Houston, Texas, but Stefani was back in Los Angeles, so she posted a sweet throwback selfie of the two. "@blakeshelton have a good show tonight we r missing u in L.A.❤️ gx," she wrote on Instagram.

To celebrate Stefani's youngest son, Apollo's, 4th birthday in February 2018, the proud mom and her beau dressed up as Daphne and Shaggy from Scooby Dooby Doo. Little Apollo was in costume as the iconic pup himself!

The duo made Super Bowl LII a family affair. The pair, along with Stefani's three sons, made their way to the championship game between the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The "Hollaback Girl" singer documented their fun football day on her Instagram Stories, sharing pictures and videos of their time together.

The cute couple beat the winter weather by jetting off to Mexico in January 2018. The couple was spotted strolling down the beaches of Playa del Carmen and, per usual, Shelton was making his girlfriend laugh. In February 2017, the couple took Stefani's sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo, on a weekend getaway to Big Bear Lake, California, where they stayed at a local hotel and were joined by the songstress' brother and wife. While the night away was a family affair, Shelton and Stefani still managed to squeeze in some romantic moments. An eyewitness told ET that the pair were spotted "kissing and taking selfies" and that they "looked happy and loved up."

Shelton surprised concertgoers at Luke Bryan's four-day 2017 Crash My Playa event at Riviera Maya, Mexico, with a special encore performance from his girlfriend. The No Doubt frontwoman documented the rockin' moment with a flurry of pics and videos on Snapchat.
