2. Bound For Broadway

In 2011, Rock earned a Drama League Award nomination for hitting the stage in a different way. The stand-up comedian appeared in the Broadway play The Motherf**ker with the Hat.
3. The Louis Connection

Good friend and fellow comedian Louis C.K. wrote for Rock's HBO show The Chris Rock Show, which earned an Emmy in 1999 for Outstanding Writing for a Variety or Music Program. Rock also starred in C.K.'s 2001 comedy Pootie Tang.
