Erin Andrews Shares What Travis Kelce Was Like in VIP Tent During Taylor Swift's London Show

Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson gush over enjoying Taylor Swift's Eras concert with Travis Kelce in London.

Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson can't calm down after attending Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in London, England. The Calm Down podcast hosts recapped their whirlwind adventure across the pond in their latest episode, sharing what it was like to share a VIP tent with pal Travis Kelce at the show.

Andrews said she was deeply invested in taking stock of Swift's dance routines and show details, while Thompson was equally committed to delivering her own moves in the audience. Ahead of Swift's acoustic surprise songs set, Andrews attempted to get the scoop from Swift's boyfriend

"I said, 'Travis! Do you know what they are?'" the FOX Sports reporter recalled. "He was great, whether he had a poker face or not, he was like, 'I think it's an old one and one of the new ones.' And it was adorable. He goes, 'And the bridge leads to this.' I just looked at him and I go, 'The fact that you just said 'Bridge' blows my mind.'"

Andrews and Thompson are often credited with having a hand in Swift and Kelce's romance, after they publicly encouraged the pop star to date the NFL player on their podcast last year.

"This is my first time seeing Travis in person watch her at a concert," Thompson said on Calm Down, sharing that she had taken photos of the Kansas City Chiefs star as he enjoyed the show. "There is a picture that I took just of her on stage and he is, like, off to the side, and the way that he looks at her when [she's] performing -- I said to him, like, 'You must be so proud.' He was like, 'You have no idea.'"

Andrews was also mesmerized by a viral moment in which Swift appeared to be singing her 2019 hit, "Lover," directly to her beau in the crowd.

"We were kinda all standing there watching it and it was awesome," Andrews said. "For romantics like Charissa and I, for a guy that we cheer for on and off the field, and obviously we're massive fans of hers, it was really cool and it was kinda like an inside look of, like, a relationship that all of us had been hoping for. But it was really, really special and he was just standing there and just taking her in."

The WEAR by Erin Andrews founder also slammed critics who have speculated that the couple's romance began as a publicity stunt.

"We were there, we saw them," Andrews said. "I don't believe for a second this is an act. I'm embarrassed of all the people that said it was a PR stunt. I don't want it to be. I will say this, I hope to God they get married. I want this thing to last. It is so cool to watch."

She added, "Having a guy that is that successful -- he walks into a room, he lights up a room -- having him support her the way he does is such a great message for so many people."

The sportscasters attended the first of three consecutive Eras shows at Wembley Stadium over the weekend. They were not in the crowd when Kelce, on Sunday, joined Swift on stage as a performer during a portion of the show.

Andrews and Thompson still gave their hot take on the headline-making moment, with the latter likening it to the time Swift chugged a beer on the jumbotron while Kelce was competing in Super Bowl LVIII earlier this year.

"It's a perfect microcosm of, like, who they are as a couple where it's like, not taking themselves too seriously, having fun, but including one another in their big moments," Thompson said. "It's just adorable. I thought it was so great."

On Monday, a person close to the couple shared that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the "So High School" singer, both 34, have long been planning to get Kelce up onstage for a performance and that the stars finally aligned over the weekend at Wembley Stadium.

A source told ET, "Taylor and Travis have recently discussed Travis making an appearance onstage at the Eras tour, when timing was right, and they finally made it happen. Travis was so excited to support Taylor onstage, and Taylor couldn't be happier to feature him, especially during such a fun, pivotal scene in the show."

The source added that while Kelce's appearance was manicured to perfection -- including one sweet moment where he pretended to apply makeup to Taylor's face before she began singing "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" -- he only had a few hours to get it together.

The source added, "Travis only had one night of rehearsal, the evening before he performed onstage, and didn't miss a beat. Taylor was beaming from ear to ear as Travis took on the dapper role. The two are hoping he can make a cameo again in the future."
