The 'Dancing With the Stars' pro says practices have been 'hysterical.'
Drew Scott and Linda Phan are gearing up for their special day -- with help from Emma Slater and Sasha Farber!
In anticipation of their spring 2018 wedding, the Property Brothers stars have teamed up with the professional dancers, who are choreographing their first dance.
Slater took to Instagram on Thursday to share a series of silly snaps from Scott and Phan's dance lessons, and we gotta admit, it looks like they're having too much fun!
"Look who’s learning their wedding dance!!" Slater wrote. "This day was hysterical! I gotta say, even though Drew has had some incredible dance training (?) @_lindaphanI think you might have picked this up quicker!!! Me and @sashafarber1 had a blast!"
The post came one day after Phan shared a sweet, sentimental message to her future husband on Instagram. "A year ago, I said yes to forever," she recalled. "Forever kind. Forever feeding our curious minds. Forever carving laugh lines on our faces. And dates where we meet about how to make the world a better place."
"Forever kicking your butt in my choice of board games. Forever bike riding in the rain, drying off and then doing it all over again," she continued. "Forever jumping into foam pits from such great heights. Forever trying something new with all our might. Forever and ever anywhere, nowhere and everywhere with you ❤️?❤️."
So sweet!
As fans of both celebrity couples know, Scott and Slater competed together on season 25 of Dancing With the Stars, and now, the tables have flipped, as Slater and her fiancé are making an appearance on Scott and Phan's show, Property Brothers at Home. Footage from the first dance rehearsals will air in a special episode Wednesday, Dec. 20 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
"It was amazing being a part of Emma and Sasha’s show, but now the tables turn when they join Linda and me on Property Brothers At Home: Drew’s Honeymoon House to teach us our first dance!" Scott told ET on Friday.
"Such a blast having Emma and Sasha teach us the very first steps of our wedding dance," added Phan. "It was nice to swap our construction boots for dancing shoes."
When ET caught up with Scott last month, he revealed a few details about what type of dance he was hoping Slater and Farber could prepare for him and his bride-to-be.
"Linda and I want to do a mashup," he shared. "We want to be able to learn a little swing, a little bit of jazz or Charleston or hip-hop. It's so fun. Dance is just addicting."
"[Linda] actually picks stuff up really fast," he added. "She's way more coordinated than I am. It's funny to me, because I'll be struggling on some step, and she just kinda steps in like, 'Oh, like this?' And she gets it the first time. I'm like, 'Dammit!'"
Scott also told ET that the two have finally narrowed down their wedding location to Europe, but "haven't exactly picked a final city yet."
"Once we do, then everyone will hear about it," he promised.
