Diddy Accused of Rape, Demanding Woman to Have Sex With Ex Kim Porter in New Lawsuit

April Lampros is suing Sean 'Diddy' Combs for allegedly sexually assaulting her in the 1990s and early 2000s.

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been hit with another lawsuit, this time by April Lampros, who claims the rapper raped her and forced her to have sex with Diddy's then-girlfriend, Kim Porter, nearly 30 years ago.

The lawsuit, filed just days after model Crystal McKinney accused Diddy of sexual assault, details Lampros' experiences with the embattled music mogul. Lampros alleges that Diddy sexually assaulted her multiple times in New York City during the 1990s and early 2000s.

According to Lampros, the first alleged incident occurred in 1995 when she was a 22-year-old student at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She claims she met Diddy at a SoHo bar, where he offered to mentor her. After becoming "very intoxicated," Lampros claims Diddy took her to the Millennium Hotel and sexually assaulted her in his room.

A year later, Lampros alleges that Diddy coerced her into having sex with Porter. The lawsuit claims Diddy "demanded" that Lampros and Porter "have sexual intercourse." Despite her vocal opposition, Lampros alleges that Diddy threatened her job security, stating he had the power to make her lose her job. The incident allegedly escalated with Diddy masturbating while watching the two women before eventually raping Lampros.

"I felt disgusted, ashamed, and embarrassed and couldn't believe what had happened," Lampros wrote in her lawsuit. She further claims that Porter, resentful of the situation, had Lampros fired from her bartending job. Porter allegedly warned Lampros' boss that Diddy could shut down the business if Lampros was not immediately terminated.

Porter died in 2018. She was 47.

ET has reached out to Diddy for comment.

The lawsuit also alleges that Diddy attacked Lampros several times between the 1990s and early 2000s, including during his highly publicized relationship with Jennifer Lopez. Lampros provided explicit details about Diddy's anatomy in her court documents, describing it as "adolescently in both length and width" and stating that he was circumcised and had a tattoo on his chest.

Lampros claims that Diddy "lured her back" after the alleged initial 1995 assault with a Valentine's Day note and flowers in 1996. Following these gifts, she claims she agreed to meet Diddy again, during which he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him outside a parking garage. This alleged incident marked the beginning of what Lampros describes as an "aggressive" and "coercive" relationship.

In a statement to ET, Lamros said, "I’m confident that justice will prevail and the veil will be removed so no other woman will have to endure what I did."

This is now the seventh sexual assault lawsuit Diddy is facing. It was R&B singer Cassie Ventura's lawsuit in November that set Diddy's legal troubles in motion. Months after that initial lawsuit, which the parties "amicably" settled less than 24 hours later, security footage surfaced last week -- published by CNN -- showing Diddy physically assaulting Cassie in the hallway of a Los Angeles hotel. The video, complete with multiple camera angles, was dated March 5, 2016.

Diddy has since broken his silence in the wake of the video and said he takes "full responsibility" for his actions in the video.

In a statement posted to Instagram on Thursday morning, Cassie commented on the video, saying, "Thank you for all of the love and support from my family, friends, strangers and those I have yet to meet."

Cassie, 37, shared that seeing the "outpouring of love" has allowed her "younger self to settle and feel safe."

She went on to voice that the response is "only the beginning," noting that domestic violence "broke me down to someone I never thought I would become."

The "Me & You" singer wrote that while she is "better today" thanks to her hard work, "I will always be recovering from my past."

Diddy is not only embroiled in multiple lawsuits, but he's also at the center of a federal investigation that may be tied to sex trafficking allegations. The rap mogul's attorney denied the claims against the artist while decrying law enforcement's tactics following a raid at Diddy's homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
