The longtime loves met in 2021 in their hometown of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.
There's no dancing around it -- she said yes!
Dance Moms alum Brooke Hyland is officially engaged to her longtime love, Brian Thalman.
The former reality TV star and her beau's special moment happened on Sunday, when Thalman popped the question during what she believed was a Mother's Day brunch for their families. Hyland was in for a major surprise when Thalman got down on one knee and their families were there to witness the special moment.
"I was completely surprised when he got down on one knee and was so happy that our families were witnessing it from afar and got to celebrate with brunch afterwards," Hyland said in a statement.
To mark the moment, Thalman proposed with the Sydney Perfect Fit ring by Brilliant Earth. The custom engagement ring is a 18k yellow gold set with a 3.5 carat elongated cushion cut. Hyland was beyond proud to show off the sparkler.
On Monday, Hyland took to Instagram to gush about the special moment.
"Learned that he's almost as tall as me on one knee — here's to today, tomorrow, & forever after that 💍 📸: @ashleysaraphoto," she wrote.
Hyland got the support of her fellow Dance Mom alums in the comments.
"Congratulations Brooke!!! So excited for you!!!🤍," Nia Sioux wrote.
Hyland also got likes from Simone Biles.
Hyland, 26, and Thalman, began their relationship in 2021, after meeting in their hometown of Pittsburgh. At first, the pair did long distance before Hyland moved back to Pittsburgh from Texas.
Fans got a look at where Hyland is currently in her life during Dance Moms: The Reunion. Last month, ET spoke with Hyland and her sister, Paige Hyland, where Hyland spoke about the altercation involving their mother, Kelly Hyland, and Abby Lee Miller, that led to the end of their time on the show -- and recently became a TikTok trend.
"It's hard. It's become a TikTok trend," Hyland said of the moment. "People are using that sound from the fight. We scroll past. I've reenacted it. Kind of just laugh it off. But the reunion was the first time we've sat there and gone, 'Wow, this happened.' And it was my mom and my dance teacher who was a very important person in my life. It was really hard."
