The 2019 CMT Music Awards will see more country superstars taking the stage than ever before -- find out who will be performing!
The CMT Music Awards announced on Wednesday who will be performing at this year's show in June, and the line-up is not only absolutely epic but record breaking.
While the CMT Music Awards have always brought a lot of talent out onto the stage at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, this year's show is pulling out all the stops to bring fans the biggest country music experience they could hope for.
With Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook serving as the night's emcees, viewers -- and those lucky enough to have a ticket to the big show -- will also get a chance to see some of the biggest names in music rock the massive venue.
Cry Pretty artist and CMT Music Awards record-holder Carrie Underwood tops the long list of performers, along with country music duo Dan + Shay and five-time CMT Music Award winner Luke Bryan.
Additionally, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris and Thomas Rhett are among the long list of performers, many of whom are still to be announced.
Underwood, who is the most awarded artist in the show's history with 18 wins to her name, has the chance to add more trophies to her mantel this year with two new nominations, for both Video of the Year for "Cry Pretty" and Female Video of the Year for "Love Wins."
CMT unveiled the nominees for this year's show earlier this month, with Brothers Osborne, Maren Morris, Miranda Lambert and Zac Brown Band leading the nominees with three nods each.
The 2019 CMT Music Awards airs live on Wednesday, June 5 at 8 p.m. ET on CMT.
