Christine Quinn Files Restraining Order Against Husband Christian Dumontet After His Arrests

In her filing, the former 'Selling Sunset' star claims Dumontet threw dog feces at her as he flew into a rage.

Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn has filed for a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Christian Dumontet, in the wake of his arrest for alleged domestic violence.

According to court documents obtained by ET, Quinn claims Dumontet flew into a fit of rage when she tried to talk to him about the family's expenses and that she was growing dissatisfied with "his lack of financial contribution and what I perceived as a lack of effort he made to be a true partner."

At this point, Quinn claims, he became angry and started throwing things at her, including decorative items that had metal rods in them. She also claims Dumontet pulled out his penis and started urinating on the floor and threw dog feces at her.

Per the court filing, that Quinn claims the marriage had been in deteriorating for some time, but his arrest last week convinced her to leave Dumontet for good. She claims she secretly started making plans to leave the next day with their 3-year-old son, the day Dumontet was arrested on March 19 for alleged domestic violence and was escorted out of the family home by police.

Prior to his arrest that day, Quinn claims she had started to pack her things when Dumontet rushed into the bedroom and started yelling. She then claims he threw a bag full of recyclables at her but instead hit their son. Quinn claims the bag of recyclables had glass in it and alleges that when their son started screaming, she left the room with their son and called 911.

Quinn is requesting the court to order Dumontet to stay away from her, their son and her two dogs. She's also requesting for sole physical and legal custody of their son and for Dumontet to have monitored visitation, but only after the estranged couple can hash out a child custody agreement. In her court documents, Quinn fears Dumontet will take their son to France where he either has family and/or property.

"He is a citizen of France, he and/or his family own property in France, and he has expressed a desire to move to France in the past," Quinn claims in court documents.

Quinn's also requesting for spousal support and that Dumontet continue paying for the baby's nanny.

As ET previously reported, Dumontet was arrested for alleged felony assault with a deadly weapon. Some 48 hours later, Dumontet was arrested again for going to his and Quinn's Hollywood Hills home. Dumontet had also filed for a protective order against Quinn, but TMZ reported that the judge denied his request pending a hearing.

The judge has yet to rule on Quinn's request for a restraining order but according to court docs obtained by ET, the judge ordered the estranged couple to participate in an online mediation to discuss custody and visitation of the child. If an agreement can't be reached, both parents must then participate in a mediation with a family court services mediator, which is tentatively scheduled for April 11 via videoconference mediation.
