According to People, the 54-year-old Heathers actor and his wife, 35, welcomed their second child together in July.  However, details on the baby's exact birth date and name are unknown at this time. The pair also share a daughter, who was born in 2019. Additionally, Slater is dad to 25-year-old Jaden and 22-year-old Eliana, whom he shares with ex-wife Ryan Haddon.

Slater and Lopez's last public appearance together was at the Sesame Workshop Benefit Gala in New York City back in May. At the time, Lopez showed off her baby bump while posing for pictures with the Sesame Street gang.

Prior to that, the couple -- who wed at a Florida courthouse in 2013 -- hit the red carpet for the Unfrosted premiere in Los Angeles in April, where they first announced the pregnancy by debuting Lopez's growing baby bump under a floral gown. The proud parents could hardly contain their joy as they posed for pictures together at the event for Slater's film.

Outside of carpet appearances and public events, the pair live an incredibly private life and have even managed to keep their 4-year-old daughter's name hidden.

While baby news was not discussed, ET recently had the pleasure of chatting with Slater at the Blink Twice premiere, where he gushed about another exciting thing in his life: reuniting with Patrick Dempsey for their new show, Dexter: Original Sin. The actors previously worked together on 1991's Mobsters

"I haven't seen Patrick in about 30 years and also, the director is Michael Lehmann who did Heathers so it's been really nice to come back around," he said. "A lot of time has passed, a lot of growing, a lot of experience. We were different guys in our 20s."

The show -- a prequel series to Dexter -- also stars Sarah Michelle Gellar and sees the return of Michael C. Hall as the show's narrator. Dexter: Original Sin premieres in December on Showtime with episodes streaming on Paramount+.
