The new 'A Quiet Place' thriller has taken Hollywood by storm -- see who's raving about it!
If Ryan Reynolds and Chris Pratt liked A Quiet Place, then it must be good.
The Deadpool star, who recently attended the premiere of A Quiet Place with both his mom and his wife, actress Blake Lively, has already been out to see the John Krasinski-directed film not once, but twice -- and it just hit theaters Friday.
"I’ve seen #AQuietPlace twice in one week," Reynolds, 41, shared on Twitter over the weekend. "SEE THIS FILM! @johnkrasinski and #EmilyBlunt are my new parents. Congratulations, Ryan."
The horror film, which is predominantly shot in complete and terrifying silence, marks Krasinski's third directorial effort and stars the Office actor alongside his wife Emily Blunt.
Jurassic World star Chris Pratt also got out to see the movie and loved it so much, he posted a lengthy video on Instagram gushing about it while "stuck in traffic."
"You have to go see this movie," he shared. "Just cancel your plans, stop what you're doing, and go to the movie theater."
The 38-year-old actor continued his love fest for A Quiet Place, describing it as "freaking dope" and "unlike anything you've ever seem."
"I cannot tell you how freaking dope that movie is," Pratt added. "That will scare the crap out of you. It's moving, it's inventive, it's unlike anything you've ever seen. Wow! I cannot endorse this movie enough. John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, two kids, freaky f*ckin' monsters... you just gotta go see it. I'm really, really stoked about this movie. Go see A Quiet Place."
Several other celebrities joined Reynolds and Pratt in raving about the film on social media.
Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn shared on on Twitter, "#AQuietPlace was everything we hoped for and more. Thanks @johnkrasinski!"
While late-night talkshow host Jimmy Kimmel doesn't even like scary movies, he still enjoyed it, also referencing Blunt's role in the upcoming Disney sequel, Mary Poppins Returns.
"I hate scary movies, but I loved #AQuietPlace," he tweeted. "Well done, @johnkrasinski & Mary Poppins."
Actress Raini Rodriguez also had nothing but good things to say about the spooky flick, and Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks described it as "awesome."
These celebrities weren't the only ones to go out and see the film. The horror movie grossed over $50 million in its opening weekend.
