Celebrity trainer Megan Roup teamed up with Beyond Yoga for a two-week fitness challenge and reveals her advice for staying on track.
New year, new you! Celebrity trainer Megan Roup has worked with models including Miranda Kerr, Karlie Kloss, Sofia Richie, Jasmine Tookes, Shanina Shaik, Romee Strijd, Elsa Hosk, and more, and now she's teaming up with Beyond Yoga for a two-week mindful movement challenge that's made for everyone.
The Together We Move program features 12 unique workout videos for $10 on The Sculpt Society from Jan. 2-15, and participants will receive a shopping credit at BeyondYoga.com.
"This challenge is designed for all fitness levels," Roup tells ET. "It invites everybody to join and is a reminder that movement can be fun while increasing one's strength, flexibility and endurance."
Users can expect to take part in powerful sculpting exercises, easy-to-follow dance cardio moves, and scheduled rest days, all created to give your body and mind a results-driven reset.
"The Sculpt Society is about feeling confident and strong in our bodies and loving them for all that they do for us. ... My celebrity clients are similar to the rest of the The Sculpt Society family. We all come for the joy of movement and for how The Sculpt Society makes us feel," the wellness expert explains.
"Our goal is to give you a great workout in less than an hour. ... You can do it whenever it’s best for you. Some people like to wake up and do it first thing in the morning, while others are able to squeeze it in between a child’s nap schedule or Zoom meeting," she notes.
As far as staying on track throughout your fitness journey, Roup says throwing on a cute workout look can provide the inspiration you need.
"I love a set and Beyond Yoga has so many great colors and the fabric is unparalleled. ... If I'm in a workout slump, a new workout set or sneakers can be just the motivation I need to jump back into my workout routine. ... Feeling good in your workout clothes has a huge impact on staying motivated."
Another pro-tip the trainer recommends: "Have your workout outfit picked out the night before. It'll make it so easy to throw it on and hold yourself accountable for your class."
