Looks like Cassie is officially a mom!
The 33-year-old singer gave birth to her first child with her husband, personal trainer Alex Fine, at a Los Angeles hospital on Friday, TMZ reports. According to the outlet, the couple decided to name their baby girl, Frankie.
Cassie announced she was pregnant on Instagram in June. The announcement came nearly eight months after Cassie split from her longtime love, 50-year-old Diddy, last October. The pair was romantically linked as far back as 2007, and, just two months after a source told ET they broke up, Cassie and 26-year-old Alex went public with their relationship.
"Can’t wait to meet our baby girl ?," Cassie captioned snaps of her and Alex in a car together. "Love You Always & Forever."
The attractive couple got engaged in August.
"I love you best friend," Cassie wrote on Instagram about the happy occasion. "I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you."
In September, the two tied the knot in Malibu, California. They shared their stunning wedding photos with Vogue.
Meanwhile, it appears Cassie is still on friendly terms with Diddy, despite a source telling ET in January that Diddy felt betrayed by Cassie after finding out that she allegedly cheated on him with Fine, whom Diddy actually hired for her as a personal trainer, as well as paid for. Diddy congratulated Cassie on her pregnancy in June.
"Congratulations @Cassie and Alex," he wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the couple. "I wish you all nothing but love and happiness. God bless ❤️❤️❤️ L O V E."
