Season 2 of 'Buying Beverly Hills' will begin streaming March 22 on Netflix.
Mauricio Umansky is revealing a main stressor in his marriage to Kyle Richards.
On Thursday, Netflix released the trailer for season 2 of Buying Beverly Hills, in which fans are given even more insight into the tumultuous relationship between The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars.
"We've been so stressed, and obviously the travel affects us," Mauricio tells his wife.
The trailer then turns to a family dinner, where Kyle tells their kids, "We wanted to have this conversation when we were all together, for obvious reasons. I'm really sorry, you guys."
Then, in a conversation with one of his co-workers at The Agency, Mauricio reveals of his wife, "She wanted the separation."
The couple, who tied the knot in 1996, has three daughters: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16. Kyle is also mom to Farrah, 35, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.
The drama isn't solely focused on Mauricio and Kyle, as the real estate agent tells his staff, "Like every family, there's conflict."
In The Agency family, that drama includes Sophia's crush on Adam Rosenfeld, as well as problems of sharing work, being iced out of deals and over who is leading projects.
As for who will take over the business one day, the team used to think it'd be Farrah, but Alexia is quickly climbing the ranks, so much so that Ben Belack finds himself questioning, "Does this mean I'm calling Alexia boss?"
Last month, fans got their first look at season 2 of Buying Beverly Hills when Netflix released a clip of Mauricio talking to his daughters.
"I had an amazing 26 years with your mom, and I wanted to do everything possible to just save it. Your mom came and she talked to me and said, 'I think I need space,'" Mauricio said in the clip. "She said to me, 'Listen, the rules are: you go out, you date, you do whatever it is you want to do. I'm not going to be asking you what you're doing, I don't want you to be asking me what I'm doing. We are separated.'"
The trailer release comes a day after RHOBH wrapped its 13th season. In the third and final part of the reunion, Kyle revealed that Mauricio is on the hunt for a new home as they consider divorce.
