The K-Pop group dropped their new album and music video with Halsey on Friday.
BTS may have millions of fans all over the world, but they’re also fans of some of the hottest music acts.
The seven-piece K-Pop boy band -- composed of RM, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, J-Hope, V and Suga -- stopped by Morning Mash Up on SiriusXM Hits 1 in New York on Friday to promote their new album, Map of the Soul: Persona, as well as their new single, “Boy With Luv,” featuring Halsey, where they burst into a “Shallow” singalong during their interview.
They first began talking about how great A Star Is Born was and then began belting out a snippet from the Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper duet from the mega-hit film.
BTS also talked about how they made it big in the U.S., which they credited to their loyal and devoted ARMY.
“We’re been learning and know that music truly transcends language. We’re just grateful for all the armies,” RM expressed, adding that their fans prove that there is no language barrier when it comes to supporting artists from other parts of the world.
The group also stopped by Elvis Duran and the Z100 Morning Show, where they teased that "there is another world-wide stadium tour coming starting in June of this year."
They also echoed their sentiments about their ARMY, telling Duran, "We love our fans. They are probably the most passionate fan group, and loving people. They show us amazing love and support always."
BTS has been hard at work on their latest album, even telling ET back in February before the GRAMMY Awards that they "stayed up all night to work [on] our next album." "Right before the flight, we stayed up all night," RM shared.
The seven artists still have a busy weekend ahead. On Saturday, they will be making their Saturday Night Live debut, where they will perform their latest single.
