The "From the Bottom of My Broken Heart" singer took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a sweet video of herself running around her backyard with her two boys, 12-year-old Sean Preston and 11-year-old Jayden James.
"OK, guys, are you ready to go outside and play?" Spears, sporting an ab-baring crop top, shouts in the video from the bottom of her staircase, as her sons run down and head to the yard.
"Nothing makes me happier as a mom than watching these boys grow and smile and laugh!!" she captioned the video. "They are my world and I love days like this when we get to just run around and play together ❤️?????."
The singer also shared a video of Sean and Jayden jumping around the gym. "Love watching these boys succeed when they put their minds to something... even if they cheat on their pull ups ???," she wrote alongside the clip.
Spears, of course, is no stranger to the gym. The blonde beauty posts plenty of workout videos to her Instagram, including some with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari.
